The common area is far from a well-renovated standard, so even though the staff cleans it daily, the surroundings still seem neglected but the price for this localisation justifies the upkeeps of this place

There is only one bathroom for the rooms which is not enough:/ And the ac didn’t feel like it cooled the air, the room was hot during the day and the night while we stayed there.

The room was okay, quiet and peaceful, clean. The check-in abd check-out was easy and comfortable.

There's just one shower and toilet for 5 rooms which sometimes isn't enough, but for the price - it's great, I can live with that. Adding more lights to the room could be a good idea

Place is quiet, and it's the best option for price/quality. A few small supermarkets nearby, tram station. it's tricky to use the washing machine, because it's always busy, but it's possible. Didn't user the kitchen, but each room has a microwave and electric kettle and a fridge.

a bit noisy from the busy street. the first interaction with the manager (Peter) was very weird because he accused us that we didn't read his messages for the check-in but in reality it was him who didn't read the messages. even when he realized that he was wrong he didn't apoligize or anything. at least he became more friendly the following interactions. would recommend the place anyways for the easygoing travelers.

the inside of the apartment looks outdated and under construction, there is only one toilet..the walls are really thin, it was hard to close the window in my room..sometimes there are shady looking locals living there who doesn't respect other guests being loud even after 10 pm

It didn't have good soundproofing and you could hear everything from the other rooms. There was a problem with the shower despite this it was repaired on the last day just for a bath it was quite difficult. Very soft pillows!!

What I didn’t like was that the cleanliness could have been better, especially in the shared bathroom—it made sense to share, but I had hoped it would be cleaner. The pillows were quite uncomfortable, and the sheets felt a bit small. Despite these issues, we enjoyed a strong WiFi connection, which added to our stay and made up for some of the shortcomings. Overall, while the accommodation wasn’t as expected, it was still a decent experience.

I really appreciated the guest room and especially the owner, who waited two hours in the rain late at night for our delayed flight to hand over the keys and give us directions—truly exceptional hospitality. The room itself isn’t luxurious or extraordinary, but its central location and spaciousness make it perfect for anyone looking for convenience and a great spot in the area.

The man they call the cleaner who lives behind a door in the property which I assume leads to a different apartment but I could also believe this man just stands in a cupboard for hours on end. He seems to just lurk around a bit. Not in a dangerous way I think it’s because of the shower and he wants to go in and clean. It’s fine but it’s closer to an Airbnb with the amount he is in the property than an apartment. But I would stay again for the price and location. The shower just needs replacing. Water goes everywhere as the shower curtain is ineffective. No matter how hard I tried I couldn’t shower without flooding the bathroom. It’s fine you just mop it up. But it’s silly that they don’t just get it fixed

The location is excellent The price is insanely good Remember that. It’s everything you need. The heating is always on which was great as we were there in December. It’s almost perfect except the shower and the cupboard man.

It was good ..only I found problem with bathroom ..it would be better box shower instead of curtain of plastic..All the water while taking bath comes out and even there was no mat in the bathroom .there was no toilet brush .The room was good

Very good location. Everything is very basic, but what you can expect for the price. It's a little old, but clean. If you just want a bed and a shower and will spend a lot of time in the city, this is your place.

It wasn't the cleanest, bathroom smelled, shower was clogged and the kitchen was poorly equipped. Only one spoon, one pot available. Kettle in our room was full of scale, and when we came in the bedding was still dump after washing.

It was a great location, I city centre, walking distance from the New York Café, Danube River and city market. It had a little kitchen available so you can cook meals there.

Extremely hot, the fan wasn’t enough to cool the room. One bathroom for 5 rooms is too little. The bed was REALLY uncomfortable.

Nice Location, polite staff. Overall easy check-in and out. The tram stop is a couple of steps away from the front door, the location is not so bad. Fairly cheap place, perfect for shorter stays.
