At first, we didn't get the room that we paid for, but the budget one. After complaining we got the room we reserved, even though the receptionist still claimed that room 115 is the "same type" as room 324 which we got additionally, it was far from true. The property had some heating issues, and the first two days it was cold inside the room.

The good location of the property, it is very near to the city centre. Parking slots exist and need to be reserved and paid additionally. The hotel personnel was mostly pleasant and professional.

but needs maybe a bit renovation inside, cause the walls has no noise isolation, we heard loud TV playing in other rooms, someone put music or walk loudly.

There was no parking space in the hotel garage. On my previous stay the receptionist told me there is no special procedure for reserving a parking space, just come, park inside and pay at the reception. Hiwever, this time I found out I should have called/emailed about a parking spot reservation. Luckily I found a place right in front of the entrance. Very bad surprise considering I was traveling with a full car and I would have preferred the safety of a hotel garage.

Very clean, good breakfast, spacious room. Location is amazing, right in city center next to the main pedestrian street, lots of restaurants in the vicinity.

The building is beautiful but the rooms could use some renovation. The beds are uncomfortable and the curtain was torn so it was impossible to keep out the light in the morning.

The location was great - right in the centre with walking distance to bars, restaurants and main attractions. The room was clean and the rates were pretty low comparing to other hotels in the area.

The parking in front of the hotel was to be paid from 08.00 ... At 08.15...we already found a 7800 HUF fine stuck on the windshield

A 3 star hotel experience in the very city center. Not more not less. Perfect for a short visit for the budget minded.

Except for the receptionists, the hotel staff is extremely unfriendly, especially in the restaurant. Breakfast is relatively good. You have to intercept the cleaners in the lobby to clean the room and there were a few cockroaches in the room during the stay. Although it has a lot of potential, lazy and unfriendly staff make staying in the hotel unpleasant.

Receptionist was too slow, we wait around 1h hour to get the keys from rooms. The breakfast was poor, without butter, only margarine , without fruits , we have to wait coffee, cheese, bread, but when it came-it was correct.

Position, position of the hotel, right in the center. The hotel in old, renovated, but it still keeps its old aspect. Very clean room. Noise, late in night. from the bar-situated at the ground floor.

Plentiful and good quality breakfast, served in a beautiful and large room.
