“Isaac was very friendly and helpfully with us. The house and our bedroom was very cleaned and comfortable. He was very nice to provide to us a motorbike for the day. He made sure our journey was great and made it as easy as possible for us. Happy to meet Isaac, definitely best guest ever !!”

“Clean, authentic, beautifull place in the middle of the nature but still close to the main point of interest of Ruteng. Udis is a wonderfull person who welcomes you like you are a member of her familly. She speaks really good english and helps you to organize your day of visit, and help you to organize your transfer to another place (for example we needed to go to bajawa and she organize for us a shared car for the day after). We were able to rent a scooter. Udis is a great cook and prepare you really good local meals. My girlfriens asked to her if it was possible to cook with her and she accepted without any hesitation to share her cooking skills with us and to share the lunch with us. Her tofu was amazing!!! :-) ”

“Jeff and his wife went beyond the call of duty to make our stay pleasant, memorable and authentic. The breakfast and dinner is traditional meals with "the family" and you certainly with ease become part of his and your fellow tourists family for the time you spend here which is remarkable. Jeff is proud of his culture and entertain you with stories and information that is valued beyond any price. The trip to see sunrise over the rice fields is surreal and a must-do. Thank you for a wonderful stay and you will most definately see us again.”

“The best hotel during 8 weeks in Java, Sulawesi, Lombok and Flores! Hotel is nicely decorated with a pond in the garden and rooms with wood, TV (only local channels), western bathroom, hot water and good water pressure. Everything clean, comfortable bed, good food in restaurant, eggs or pancake freshly prepared for breakfast. Staff is friendly and helpful, organizes bus tickets and guide for tours. Not cheap but definitely worth the price.”
