The bar on the ground floor is very loud especially cause of the live music performances. The gym and swimming pool are tiny and they're there only to check the box for facilities. The rooms are also very small with tiny space. In general, I upgraded a few points in the review due to the friendliness of the staff.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was not so great, but still large variety of food available.

i’m not confident in the water dispenser, the water have some sort of unusual taste.

Breakfast is a little to be desired in the way of hot food, as the lids on food bowls are not attended too and are often left open by clients. The fridge in the room is below parr but adequate I guess.

The beds are very comfortable, water pressure in showers very good.

Laundry services was slightly delayed (by one day). Noise of elevator (moving up and down) when staying in executive room . These rooms could be made better sound-proof.

Easy check-in. Wide choice of breakfast options and possibility to enjoy an early breakfast (before 07.00). Comfortable beds and cleanliness rooms.

Perhaps some minor maintenance works needs to be done to upkeep the room condition, especially the bathroom. Water leaking is a kinda big thing. Besides, there's one water bottle cap opened without noticed by the housekeeper, for hygiene concern, I didn't consume it. Attention to details must be improved.

Location is pretty good, it's inside the heart of Jakarta. Sadly the nearest convenience store is a little bit far, but that's not an issue. I managed to grab some snacks and drinks at the kiosk station next to the lobby. Overall experience is pretty excellence, staffs are very friendly and attentive, not to mention the room is quite spacious.

Unfortunately the breakfast we had on 15th November 2023 did not reach our expectations. The "hot foods" were not hot. The Nasi Goreng was taste-less -- needs more seasoning. The beef bacon were almost spoiled. The staff at the egg station needs more training -- we asked for sunny side up but it turned out to be fried egg (flipped). We had to request for sunny side up egg 3 times. The second time the egg was not cooked well. There was a male staff who yelled at a lady staff in front of guests, which made us felt uncomfortable and sorry for the lady staff. The male staff did not necessarily have to show that much anger with guests around; he could've politely spoken with the lady staff in the back.

The room was quiet and clean. We loved the bed -- they were very comfortable and the pillows were heaven. The bathroom was also clean which makes is comfortable for us to get cleaned. The only thing we enjoyed most from their breakfast was the soto ayam.

The water pressure in the showers were excellent, and appreciated that it was designed in a way where the water would not spill out over the bathroom floor (unlike a lot of places) spacious room, lovely decor and excellent excellent location

All good, nothing was bad

The service and checkin very quick and there was no issue or fuss. The room was good and everything worked. The shower had great pressure and plenty of hot water. Big bed and very comfy Room service was good and even though they were far too busy the food arrived quickly and still hot Breakfast was awesome

1. Water flow in the shower area - water seeps out to the dry area of the bathroom. 2. Tight space in the hanger wardrobe.
