- The staff were very friendly and helpful. Always smiling! - I also liked the fact that the hotel is located next to a huge mall where you can shop all the brands you like! - The breakfast was great.

There are many things I didn’t like, such as: 1. The cleanliness of the hotel, the hotel should consider a through cleaning of the entire property. I saw many roaches in the room, corridor and even at the place when the breakfast is served. 2. It needs a major renovation- bathroom shower could barely get water out. Showering was quite hard. 2. The property needs a lot of maintenance to be considered suitable for guests. It’s very old dated and and needs an update and fresh paint, new furniture etc. I couldn’t even get the bathroom door closed because it didn’t fit its place anymore. 3. Also just keep in mind that the rooms aren’t sound proof at all, so everything happening outside your room or in the rooms next to you is very much audible. 4. The hotel is very crowded. 5. The room doesn’t look like the photos, the pictures are filtered and polished to look vibrant. 6. Couldn’t open the room window because there was a very dirty and black looking corridor that had some AC ducts/ pumps.

I like the hotel location. Walking distance to Plaza Indonesia, Grand Indonesia, Nasi Padang Restaurant, Thamrin City, Indomaret, Kenangan Coffee, etc..

Clean,the location in central,just by walk to Hotel Indonesia interchange. The staff was so professional especially Ms.Caca in reception. Definitely will rebook this hotel.

Not only the staff are excellent... the facility is also good

The location was very convenient, directly connected to Thamrin City Mall. Staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in/check-out was smooth especially to ms Aurel . The room was clean and comfortable for the price.

The breakfast selection was limited and could be improved. The room size was a bit small, and soundproofing wasn’t the best.

Breakfast was good and very friendly staff who were helpful whenever I approached the. The location is excellent if shopping is your thing. the three malls around the hotel means you could always nip back into the room to leave your purchases.
