Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

AustraliaWe had a room overlooking the rice field so the verandah was a great place to have a coffee. The hotel is a couple of Kilometers from the centre of Ubud but there are many excellent restaurants and mini marts within walking distance to the hotel.

United Arab EmiratesThe breakfast spread should have been better. Quality of breakfast is fine . But very few choices.
The resort is very calm and spacious. Exceptionally green and quiet place . For a family stay it’s a paradise. Actually we booked for 2 nights . But after seeing the place we extended for 2 more nights 😀

Czech RepublicThe accommodations were spacious, nicely decorated, and impeccably clean, though showed signs of wear and could benefit from updates.
The location amidst the rice fields offered a peaceful ambiance, perfect for those seeking a retreat in nature. The infinity pool overlooking the jungle canopy was a highlight, offering breathtaking views and a relaxing atmosphere to unwind after a day of exploring.

AustraliaThe room was quite dark and lighting was dim. While this created a nice ambience I found it hard to read well at night.
Great location next to the Indonesian language school. Nice gardens and spacious room. Nice balcony overlooking gardens and rice terraces.

AustraliaVery thin walls. We could hear our neighbours talk and watch tv - which they did all night long so it was a bit annoying. Buffet food was ok but not great. A bit lacklustre.
Spacious rooms with a large balcony

United KingdomBathroom is outdoors so can find a lot of ants Had a poisonous wasp in the room twise which they had to kill No fan in the back room/bathroom so was hot in the day Shuttle service wouldn’t pick you up from the centre even though it’s free and encouraged to get a taxi back to hotel. Thought the shuttle would be free both ways?
Both had Bali belly (not from here) and spent the whole time in the room which the bed was super comfy and spacious 2 pools which were great if we managed to get out of bed Can rent a bike from here Free shuttle to the centre

AustraliaThe bathrooms could be cleaned a bit better but not too bad.
Great location, close enough to Ubud center but still tranquil. The staff were extraordinarily friendly and helpful. The all-you-can-eat breakfast was delicious and authentic. The rooms are nice and big with comfortable beds. Lovely swimming pool overlooking the rice fields and jungle.

TaiwanThe staff was very kind and they were amazing with my baby daughter. Artini in particular babysat our daughter and was always so sweet to her in the restaurant. She and others made our stay truly memorable! I also loved swimming in the big pool! And the grounds themselves were very pretty, especially the back.

AustraliaGreat place to stay with a family. A 25 minute walk or $5-$10 taxi ride from central Ubud so a great location. It is conveniently on one of the main roads into Ubud but we could not hear traffic in the resort. We had 2 connecting rooms which was great with 2 teenagers. Resort is a traditional style, lots of space, comfy beds, large verandahs, clean and quiet. There are 3 pools so not overly busy (often we had one of the pools to ourselves). Good basic breakfast offered, staff were great and helpful. Being close to central Ubud, lots of options for meals outside of resort are close by. Resort is surrounded by working rice paddy fields and it was interesting watching being worked as an added bonus. A very calm and relaxing location & stay. Highly recommend if you want a great value resort for families, that is close to the centre of town.

United KingdomNothing. The only slight negative I’d say is the breakfast could be a bit more varied. It was still tasty though.
The resort location was stunning, surrounded by rice fields. Though it’s only a 20 minute walk into the centre you really feel like you are in the countryside. Staff were always super helpful, rooms were comfy and clean.
