They are giving small plastic bottles in the room. The laundry service uses softener which is toxic for the environment. The breakfast staff were not very attentive on the Sunday. They were also slow and not communicative about wait time.

I had an incredible stay at this villa! The location is absolutely amazing – tucked away in a peaceful spot with breathtaking views of the mountains. It’s the perfect place to unwind and recharge. The space itself is beautifully designed, spacious, and very comfortable. Everything felt clean and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was so serene. The food was delicious. The staff was very friendly. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to relax and enjoy nature in a stunning setting.

Beautiful setting and vista - lost for words, very calming and quiet, fabulous and good size swimming pool, lovely staff, excellent breakfast and evening meals are pretty good too. Best to have your own set of wheels. The room, bed and bathroom were good, all solid.

The WIFI did not work. In one of the bathrooms the drain is not properly placed so that there is standing water at the toilet after someone had a shower.

The 2 room villa is very spacious and has a beautiful view. Facilities are good and staff is very friendly and helpful. It is easy to make a walk right below the property.

Nothing. Keep in mind the property is located in a remote location so we heard a lot of roosters in early morning, but we weren’t expecting anything different and it didn’t bother us too much as we got up early too. Also, there isn’t a lot of options to eat around but we had great dinners at the hotel!

Our stay was great! Our room had everything we needed including AC. The bathroom worked well with amenities and hot water in the shower. The garden is wonderful with different leisure areas and the view is breathtaking. All the staff members were so nice - at check out day we had to leave super early and they packed 2 breakfast boxes for us to eat! We were so grateful, thank you so much for the amazing stay!

Ants invasion in bathroom, the smell and cleaning from room. Because of the ants invasion, now I have them in our luggages. I hope the staff will solve the problem. If you see them in your room, do not hesitate to ask the staff to avoid the future issues.

I like the infinity pool and the restaurant because they have a wonderful view towards the mountains. If you catch a sunny day you can see all of five tops of mountains. All staff was lovely, very helpful.

the water for shower took a long time to become hot. We ordered to dine in in room for dinner from restaurant, the dirty plates didn't pick up until we check out even we put it outside.

Noisy if you don't like the sound of roosters all day (locals keep them caged, leading to stress and pretty much a constant noise). The rooms are made from thin wood so be prepared to hear neighbours talking - although by around 11.30pm it was usually pretty quiet. The property is kind of set back from the road but you can still hear occasional motorbikes if they have those horribly loud engines, which many do in Bali. The room was cleaned but not consistently - it wasn't cleaned on one of the days, towels were not replaced for 2 days, i had to ask for replacement water 4 days in a row because cleaners did not leave any. For 2 days, locals were using the resort - it became, briefly, chaotic, noisy and with litter (cigarettes, plastic wrappings and bottle caps) left around the pool area. Some dogs barking but not frequently and I'm sure this is hard to avoid in Bali after looking at many, many hotels around the island. Pillow options are limited, they are mostly the thick ones. Make sure you take a specific, elongated phone charger suitable for Bali, 2 pins ones from say Thailand may not work if they are not long enough. Noise of staff dragging a bin around at 7am, should wait until at least 9am before making noise.

Beautiful location, whether it is cloudy or clear, the mountains in the distance, jungle and farms just beyond the infinity pool, stunning. There isn't much to do in the local area (few local small shops, no bars/restaurants) but this is a perfect place if you want to explore a rural mountainous area on a scooter. No additional charge if you pay by card. Safe / security box provided. Full toiletries provided although not replaced consistently. Most staff are very hard working, professional, polite, friendly and make your stay very enjoyable. Coffee and sugar provided (no milk powder/tea). The restaurant has a very good, varied menu and the quality of food is very good and reasonably priced. The breakfasts were consistently very good. The restaurant staff are excellent. The room has air con and TV (although i couldn't find any channels on the TV). The wifi provided was very good. Reception gave me a charger to use as mine didn't fit the room plug sockets. A motorbike organised 120k a day - mine broke down due to over heating but the hotel came to sort it out very quickly. Taxi organised from the airport with Putu, competitively priced, cheaper than local taxis i enquired with and very good service. During the day, if there are few guests, it was very peaceful and a beautiful place to relax or then go exploring on a scooter.

Rooster next door waking you up at 2:30am!

Nice clean room and bathroom. Staff were friendly and incredibly helpful with transport. Location was excellent for the rice terraces. Air con worked well. Bed was comfy.

I think the wooden huts ; though appealing are pretty hopeless with keeping in noise and keeping it out . So , snoring becomes problematic as does rooster crowing and other insect sounds. It’s great though to listen to the rain which I loved . Putting sound insulation would be on my wish list .

The breakfast was great . The menu for lunch and dinner could be better but the food is cooked well . I think the location and the view are really wonderful and you could certainly just sit and relax and do nothing else . Overall I loved my stay there and would recommend to give it a go …it’s quite unique. Thanks everyone from there . 🙏

This place exceeded my expectations! The rooms are very comfortable and clean. You have everything (towels, toiletries, shower gel and shampoo). Moreover, the staff was so kind and helpful. They were always around to advise us and ask if we needed anything. We ordered fresh juices and local food for dinner. It was delicious. I would highly recommend staying here.

Really loud roosters in the mornings (from 3AM) and thin walls. Bring ear protection for your sleep🙏🏽 Breakfast was good, but I had some communication errors about other orders and portions were quite small.

Amazing views, clean room. I also like the glass roof in the bathroom (especially on the rainy days). Very kind staff.
