Bathroom setup is a bit weird and always wet, with the toilets basically in the shower.

The location was useful for one night for where we needed to go. The outdoor is nice but it is budget place

The grounds are stunning. Right next to the monkey Park so if you like monkeys you are in for a treat. Location is great, everything is right outside your door. Lovely shops and restaurants everywhere. Spa treatments everywhere and very cheap

It could be more clean, There was a lizard inside the toilet bin, and there was a cockroach as well. I have to say when I went to a member of staff to ask for help to take the cockroach they did it very fast and very well, I appreciate that

The location next to a little river, jungle feeling with monkeys playing and trying to conquer territory, but we also saw squirrels and a lizard and so tranquil and relaxed, good breakfast and nice pool.

Rooms could be cleaner, big spares at the doors so mosquitos coming in nonstop. Bathroom is huge, but not very clean. We had tube instead of shower what is not the best option.

Beautiful gardens with pool and eating area. Garden is huge with few steps to the lower bungalows. Monkeys from Monkey Forest are passing the garden almost all day, really nice to watch them, but do not leave anything out or do not eat out. 😉

The rooms are not the high level, but the prive is competitive and you spend a ridiculous amount of money so it’s good!

The place is INTO the monkey forest, in ubud 😂 and you may find monkeys in the garden that are, actually, nice. The only thing: they stole everything on the terrace to play with but you can ask to the reception to bring them back! It’s funny! Also, The people that work there are really so kind and they clean our room everyday

Monkies from the nearby monkey forest stop by and got a bit angry with us one afternoon (not really the hotels fault). Access by road is hard in the afternoon's, traffic is hectic on the one way road again not the hotels fault.

Lots of restaurants nearby to try out and easy enough access to get to activities (monkey forest is just down the road). Close by to ubid palace and markets as well. Staff were very friendly and willing to help us out after leaving other accommodation that seemed a bit dodgy.

Loose tap over hand basin. When showering water leaked from somewhere across floor. Monkeys occasionally create havoc outside.

The matress was very hard and not sleepable. You can also hear your neighbors talking because the roof isn’t connected to the walls.

Bungalows are very old and not clean. I have seen a rat running under the roof from my bed. also the facilities are very old and not clean.

Ground floor rooms are not on the ground floor and are accessible by steps that in part, aren't well lit. Bathrooms need a decent scrub with some bleach due to stains on the bathtub. Key to safe didn't work TV didn't work Bath mats werent supplied and had to ask for one No shower curtain or screen which resulted in bathroom floor being wet

The location was just out of the centre, literally a 5 minutes walk. The resort was beautiful and even had monkeys roaming around! The room was quiet, showers were hot all the time, and the fridge was a great facility to have. WiFi connection throughout, swimming pool was clean, overall a lovely stay.
