Not much to be honest. If I could nitpick, they didnt really have a reception which could have improved first impressions. Prices at their cafe were also quite steep.

We loved the design and layout of the rooms the most. They were very efficient and thoughtful. Should out for their service as well! It was as great as the design. They tried their best to bring in a crib when the one they had was too cramped for our son. They went above and beyond expectations.

Location was far from the attractions in ULUWATU. There was and an off smell in the kitchen sink but sadly we didn't report this issue which Im sure they if we did it will be fix

The design of the villa is very unique and new the villa is always very clean the staff is very attentive and issue they will solve it. Fully equipped kitchen and water dispenser. It's very private and quiet. There is a cafe and restaurant you can order your breakfast lunch and dinner to be served in your villa or dine there. The food is delicious

There wasn’t much that I could critique.

Very nice place yo stay when in Bali.its a bit away so anything you want to see is definitely needing organized transport of some description. There is a shuttle cart to the beach close by which is nice. The traffic in the area has really made moving around a challenge, so plan for a lot of time ALFORD’s short distances (not the accommodations fault)

The hot water only lasting for less than 5 minutes before going cold. We had our 1 year old who we had to shower with us and it didn’t give us enough time.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Easy access to the pool.

Gym wasn't open during our stay & pool in our villa could have been cleaned prior to and during day. 2 seater sofa in lounge area could be bigger - the villa sleeps 4 adults The location of villa was perfect for us, as we had a wedding nearby, but if you aren't in the area for a specific reason, there isn't much else around.

The villa itself was beautiful, clean and spacious. The surrounds were just as beautiful. The beds were comfortable, shower pressure and bathroom lighting were great. The filtered water machine was very thoughtful. Breakfast was good Staff were exceptional!!!

The hot water didn't work in our villa for the shower, however because it is so hot and humid , this wasnt a showstopping issue. It isn't easy to walk to and from the beach, due to lack of footpath. But the beach isn't the cleanest, so we found it better to just enjoy private pool.

Asai villa is perfect for those that want a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle. The villas are new, and well maintained. Service is done via WhatsApp, and anything you wish can be delivered to the villa. I cannot praise the staff enough, they are really exceptional. Villa came with Netflix which was a nice touch, for the rainy afternoons. I want to repeat how completely delighted we were with the professional staff. True five stars.

Asai Spa: this was actually where the experience was below our expectation. We have been to many spas in various countries and we would rate our experience in Asai spa a 7. We felt the therapists were not really “connected” to us; many times the massage pressure was uneven or stopped midways. Overall, the massage felt a bit staggered. It could probably also because we were the last customers for that day; maybe the therapists were a bit tired already.

1. Overall Villa: super spacious and looks exactly like the images shown. Beds are quite comfortable; however pillows are a bit too hard for us. Cleanliness is top-notch; kudos to the housekeeping team for leaving the villa sparking clean every single day. Thank you for this. Electronic appliances are all in good condition and ready to use. 2. Guest Service: super fast response and always ready to help. Appreciate this very much. The team handled the issues during our very first few days with incredible hospitality and fast solutions. There was some issues with the electricity and with the water heater; but all were solved almost immediately. Appreciation to Puspa, Pinari and Ardi who took care of us. 3. Asai Cafe: we love all the food that we tried (Christmas menu, breakfast and also dinner). We appreciated the complimentary breakfast offered and we enjoyed it a lot. All in all, our family enjoyed our stay at Asai Village and would like to come back one day. Thank you Asai Village team for taking care of us.

The food from cafe was disappointing. Was quite bland tasting. Apart from that there was nothing not to love.

We loved absolutely everything about this amazing stunning villa. We were almost speechless with how beautiful it is. The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly and nothing was a hassle. We loved the day spa and had a facial and massages. We were upgraded on our last night to a bedroom villa which was just incredible. We felt like Queens staying at this place and we can't wait to go back.

We liked everything about the property!

The entire villa was modern and very clean, with marble floors, sparkling bathrooms, huge bedrooms with lots of storage, a full kitchen, and everything exquisitely appointed and decorated. Beautiful private infinity pool, outdoor shower (in addition to indoor ones), and sun loungers. There were 2 bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs, plus a powder room downstairs. Pinari was so friendly and helpful and came to the villa to check us in for our late arrival. The entire space was air conditioned, except for the dramatic and beautiful stairway up to the bedrooms. The on-site restaurant was great too. I wasn’t feeling well, so I rested in the villa a lot and ordered everything from room service. The Russian dishes were especially tasty, such as the potato pancakes for breakfast, and the Balinese jamu drinks were healthy and delicious. The location was very quiet and peaceful, and only a very short drive from beautiful Jimbaran Beach.

It’s a little out of the way. A short walk to jimbaran. Would be nice if they had a complimentary buggy service down to the beach like other resorts in jimbaran do.

Very modern lovely villas. Poil is awesome. Enjoyed doing laps in their 25m lap pool.
