Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaAs far as I could see we were the only non-Indonesian guests at the hotel (which isn't a bad thing), but few people could speak English, which made it difficult to order room service. There was a bit of litter left around the pool and access to the pool was difficult as we had to get off on the smoking floor. The hotel was comfortable, but I'd probably call it more 3.5 stars than 4.
The room was clean and had comfortable beds and a decent shower. The room also had a TV, mini fridge and air conditioning. Breakfasts were good so in hindsight I wish I had have ordered the breakfast-inclusive option, but we just added them on.

United StatesROOM AC was weak. Room wasn't hot, but not cool either. STAFF/LOBBY -Some confusion at check-in. They didn't have the room type that I booked. I was given an "upgrade" that meant I had to wait while they moved two twin beds together instead of the queen bed I had booked. KITCHEN/MEALS -no water refill WIFI A bit spotty.
LOCATION Close enough to the center that you can walk. ROOM Big, clean and comfortable. BATHROOM Clean. Hot water. Toilet with built in bidet. STAFF/LOBBY Staff allowed me to renew the "upgraded" room at the same price (600K) as the basic room instead of making me change rooms. KITCHEN/MEALS Breakfast is a buffet with various asian dishes (nasi goreng, mee goreng, steamed vegetables, some fish, eggs, toast, pastries, fruits...). OTHER Two pools. A larger deeper one and more of a kiddie pool. The larger one isn't great for lap swimming - only about 15 meters and has a bit of a strange shape They gym is nice. Has a good amount of equipment (treadmills, machines, free weights, kettlebells) for a hotel gym. Provides towels and water as well.

Hong KongThe room cleanness need to be improved. Had stains in bedsheet. A little bit of smell from sewage of toilet. Not too bad though.
Staff have been very helpful and welcoming. We asked questions about the city. They gave us very detailed explanation with such a nice and professional attitude. We asked about bakery that sells Indonesian cake Lepis legit. Lobby staff helped us call and reserve the cake as we don’t speak Indonesia. She went beyond general service to the best level.
