Really clean and well kept hotel. Massive range and spread for breakfast and also the evening buffet (which was during Ramadan so I’m not sure if that’s standard!). Good location for close to the airport and with a nice pool if you need a day there. The hotel isn’t cheap, for Indonesia, in the first place and it feels like there are significant extra costs for anything else. Check in is from 2pm but they will give you early check in for free from 10-11am. If you arrive, like I did, at 7am, early check in costs 50% of the room cost, which is a lot for effectively 3 extra hours. If you then want breakfast on early check in day, that’s then not included so you have to pay more on top. At the spa, the massages are reasonably priced - ish (more expensive than your average cost in Jakarta) but then if you want to have your massage in a spa room there really is no alternative age option short of offering to lie down on the spa entrance floor?!), there is then a further £10 extra surcharge! If you just beed your room and arrive after midday and don’t want extras, it’s a nice option. For anything extra, it’s not good value at all!

Not much around - only really good basis for a transit.

Phenomenal location - across from airport. Perfect for transit stay. Clean rooms. Lovely rooftop bar for sunset. Large shower. Full amenities. Helpful, friendly staff. Good breakfast buffet. All common areas very clean.

Disappointed there was not a little dry goods store for waters, snacks, etc. Although the restaurant was good, it didn't really have too many items for people that were not adventurous eaters. It was very ethnic. Made it difficult for lunch selections. Also loved the robe but was unable to purchase it. I was disappointed at that.

The breakfast was good. They had something for everyone.

It was pretty noisy from outside of the window until late as some trucks or stalls were playing loud music on the street level.

Although a little bland, dark grey dominates, this hotel is comfortable, quiet and clean. It is well located for those catching an early morning flight. The rooftop bar is a perfect place to relax after your Raja Ampat adventure.

Was a bit noisy and could hear doors opening and closing all night and early morning from other rooms and the speaker for the call to prayer at 4.30am.

The spa facility is not very inviting

Good hotel, clean, very new and modern. Used the spa for an aromatherapy massage- it was more like a sport’s massage, and you pay extra it use the spa room rather than having the massage in your hotel room.
