Personnel in the restaurant was not that friendly. Breakfast could be better (we missed the egg and pancakes)

Swimming pool was very nice, allowed to swim untill 21 hrs. and drink and eat at the pool. Beautiful garden. Beds and airco very good.

The toilet of the initial room given was not usable. The taps were broken and shower not working. The breakfast could have included some indian dishes

Cleanliness wasn't a strong point. I left the hotel with lots of small spots on my arms and legs which I concluded were probably from bed bugs. The room had a weird smell too. But it was super cheap so I wasn't expecting luxury. The bed bugs thing was worrying though.

The pool area is great. Staff were very helpful and let us leave our luggage during a few days of travelling to other places. The room had good wifi.

Definitely looked bigger in picture as they all do, we did get a discounted price , hence the size and the floor of the room. It does have a restaurant and a pool downstairs, location is good, walking distance to everything. Not bad for a day or two before to go somewhere else

The hotel is a little bit old, the room doesn't look like the photos for example there are no lights where it is supposed to be... Some sheets were not completely clean as well as the bathroom, also a lot of dust behind the bed and furniture

The staff is really friendly, the location is pretty good near to commercial streets and also to the beach, the swimming pool is okay, they also have a good menu in the restaurant, the breakfast is good, the AC works pretty good

Central location and very close to airport. Rooms were clean and had basic amenities. However, we badly needed a multiplug or adapter for our dead phones as soon as we checked in here and the staff rudely refused to help. Rather said all travellers buy so you can go and buy an adapter. We kept requesting as we got such support from every hotel in Bali but they were very unaccommodating in this case. Pool seemed nice too. Good stay otherwise.

Obviously during Covid, they let a lot of maintenance lapse but they are getting on top of it again but that also means that there might be the banging of a hammer or a drill - hardly unbearable but worth noting.

We love this place. It's perfect for what we need and can afford. The pool is clean and I love the fact that it's got a good sized kids play pool. The breakfast leaves a lot to be desired but for the price - it is more than fine. This time we also ordered a few meals from the Restaurant and they were yummy and well priced. Overall, the place is clean and the aircon iis cold - that is pretty much exactly what we want.

The pool and location suited my family needs.The rooms were spacious and cleaned every day and complementary water bottles every day too.

There wasn’t any safe in the room but they had it in the lobby so it was a little not comfortable to go downstairs every time. Clearness- the bedsheets were dirty And definitely didn’t look fresh, maybe they were grey case they were washed too many times… idk
