It’s not a dislike but the villas were a little out the way which was a positive for a relaxed atmosphere but may be an issue for some wanting to be in the thick of things.

-Windows did not close propperly, leaving a big gap between. -Wanted to order food room service at 6pm but was told there was no staff for it, even though menu said operating hours until 8pm.

Spacious place, pool was incredible, clean place Breakfast options were amazing and tasty! Room service food was great too Be ready to deal with lizzards, big geckos, and nature sounds! Its part of the experience! Reception team was nice and respectful

It's not actually walking distance from the beach though it's easy to take a taxi or take the villa free shuttle service and takes just few minutes drive .

The place is a nice place to relax and chill with its own pool ! It has the privacy and tranquility that we wanted. They offer free pick up and drop off at the airport. Free breakfast which we like as well. The staff are very courteous and helpful. Special mention to Agung who picked us up at the airport and speaks good English, gave us tips on where to eat and shops and what places to visit.

Can't fault anything.

These stunning private villas were a little slice of heaven. Princess bed, wonderful pool with water feature, outdoor sitting area and the best outdoor bathroom whey a deep bath plus shower. Loved the privacy for a little topless sunbathing and skinny dipping. Staff are great and make sure you go and eat at Made's Warung and watch the Balinese dance.

We couldn’t find fault with this wonderful tranquil villa.

The staff were friendly and very attentive at all times. Reception organised any of our needs with no fuss. The villa itself was outstanding, I’ve never had a more relaxing 2 weeks. Although the villas are a 10-15 min taxi ride from the centre of Seminak and there are not many bars/ restaurants near by ,it was an ideal haven to return to. The Taxis were not expensive (£3.00 ) There are a couple of supermarkets 300yards from the villas for supplies. It was a joy to sit by our beautiful pool and have breakfast served to us.

A/C was not cold and we felt like the villa was too big for one A/C. Another thing we didn't like was the mosquitoes, they were a bit too much.

The villa was truly private. It was bigger than we have expected. The pool was also bigger than we thought. Breakfast was amazing and the portion was larger compared to other hotels.

Very clean villa, breakfast of your own choice served in the villa. Excellent, friendly and helpful staff. Very much recommended. Make sure you have a spray or cream against the mosquitoes.

It was a touch inside the town but if you have a bike everything is quite accessible except for on foot only the super market is available in 1 min

Pool was refreshing and clean, room was very neat. very ambient and nice hospitality. big shoutout to Ayu (Front Desk), Jung (Airport Pick up), Mahendra (House help) for everything they did. Jung was very sweet and patient during his airport pick up and was in constant touch with us. During one of our Grab drops we were short of Cash and Mahendra helped us by giving his and we returned it later to him. What can I say about Ayu, super helpful. We had forgotten our flash drive at the room and she made sure to send it to us to the airport. The property and people were really beautiful.

Villa is away from town .

The villa is really big . We had our own bathtub and own private pool . All staff are really nice . The are so helpful . They are provide free airport trasfer . When i come , they need to wait because we had a long queue and flight was delay . And they not ever charge us . They clean room everyday and wait for us to come out first . Also for brekfast they are asking about the time to sent . No disturbing at all . If i come back to bali , i will come over .

I liked that this villa offered airport transport at no extra cost as we had arrived at almost midnight. We also liked the welcome drinks on arrival. It was a nice touch to welcome us for the first time in Bali. The staff are very nice and accommodating too when they would triple check cars just in case we left anything behind. The breakfast options are also delicious too.
