The pool was full of mud an not usable. The furniture was run down and broken. Doors didn't lock. Sheets and towels stained. Bathroom not clean, piss stains on the floor in toilet as not even mopped. Stunk of mold. Rubbish at entrance to resort

They ripped me off after they withdrew money from my account without informing me though Intended to pay cash. I paid the cash and no one informed me I had the money taken from my account. After trying to resolve this I was turned down my right to be refunded the 500$ I paid thinking I hadn't had the money taken from my account.

The room was the dirtiest place I have ever stayed it was disgusting. Tap wear was falling off it smelt mouldy there was hair everywhere and dirt/dust. The sheets and towels were dirty. The drains were blocked cigarette butts around the bath, dirty slimy shower basins etc, kitchen so dirty you couldn’t even cook. Glass were dirty with stuff in the bottom couldn’t even have a drink. There was a broken window in the bathroom that let the mosquitoes in and there weren’t just a few the room was covered. When I tried to end my stay after one night the manager refused a refund and is well aware that the place is an absolute shambles. The pictures that are advertised are prob 10 years old and no maintenance has been done at all. Villa of horrors would be a better way to describe this place

Inhabitable. Cracked paint and mold on the walls. Horrible smell of mold in the rooms. Untreated milky filthy pool. Filthy floors. Tomato sauce on the benches. Piles of broken furniture and rubbish in reception. Even if they cleaned it properly the smell and the pool made it inhabitable.

Nothing to like, villa was inhabitable. See my full review. the staff were very unhelpful and claimed that their manager was interstate. They tried to call him and could not get through to him, so they could not resolve anything. Staff on duty claimed to have no authority.

SCAM. and doesn’t refund you ! It’s unacceptable.

NOTHING. Villa was just unacceptable… dirty, smell bad : in one bathroom it’s smell pee, there is water on the ground and in the other bathroom the toilet is broken and the flush doesn’t work. Everything is damaged and dirty, nothing look like the pictures on Booking, this is clearly a SCAM! I ask the lady to change me the villa (2 bedrooms) they don’t have one available, so she give me a 1 bedroom villa but it’s similar, dirty and damaged, it’s unacceptable !! I left the villa and rebooked another establishment.

The entire villa is dirty, kitchen, bathroom furniture,pool no mosquito nets as stated, universal power points to suit international travellers. Pool room services, towels not clean enough, windows without curtains ( lowest privacy). No cooking pots as it's required for a villa, cutlery and plates pathetic. It's shocking that this property would be acceptable by booking.com, the pictures on the internet are totally different from reality on the ground

This has to be the worst property I have ever stayed at. Dirty , no hot water , no flushing toilets and stained bed linen. The pictures looked nothing like the villa. When I asked why the toilet was not flushing they gave me a bucket. Crazy for the amount of money we paid. They refused to refund us as well Do yourself a favour and STAY AWAY !

Didn't like everything, villa was filthy dirty, no equipment that is advertised, no water in showers, frogs in bathroom facilities, mosquitos inside and out, broken lights and switches, TV's don't work.. beds and all linen were filthy and stained.. Outside table was putrid and benches , fridge and tables were cleaned or wiped. Pool was green and filthy. I do not recommend staying here, this establishment should be bull dozed and shut down Very disappointed for the price I payed, and to set it off more I never received a refund.... The villas and booking.com have failed me...

Disgusting do not stay here!!! This place needs to be knocked down and rebuilt. Drain flys in every room. Pool green and water stinks, kitchen facilities are terrible, bed linen is filthy and so are the towels, I was moved to another room and it was worse. Cats enter the rooms at night. This place should be flagged by booking .com and prevent people from wasting their money. It shows booking .com doesn’t care about your holiday they only care about the $$

If you read the reviews on booking you DO NOT book this place but if by any mistake you will book it, then you realise that all the reviews are pretty generous.... the place is filthy, the attention to details is equal 0 and we stayed just because we wouldn't get refund. Photos in the website describe a heavenly place but as long as you get to the property, you regret instantly your decision...

The private villa is big but the really poor service and cleaning... The tiles in the pool are all coming off

was not happy and comfortable with the villa we had to leave in the middle of the night and find new accommodation. felt this was not what is shown in the photos, when we arrived room was not cleaned and promised it would be clean next day, the bed we slept in was dirty and she’s allergic to cats and in our villa there was a cat that kept coming to her. Complete scam. property is nothing like the photographs. damp and mould in all rooms, holes in the floor, mould/yellow water in uncleaned bath and dirty bed sheets. we left immediately on the first morning. the property offered no refund and told us to contact booking.c instead.

They need to build the the property again. furnitures are broken, pool is very dirty and part of it is broken as well. toilet is not clean. water taps and flush doesnt work properly. bathtub is broken and very dirty. sink in toilet and kitchen is very dirty and water doesnt come properly. Hot shower doesnt work. Bed sheets are stained. the whole property was dirty. I asked the stuffs to clean the pool and floor. No luck. kitchen cooktop was rusty, Electric switch was melted, which is extremely unsafe. Roof is broken and dust is coming out of it. it was very itchy. I checked the review after I booked it. When I checked the review got very scared and contacted booking.com several times. Booking.com couldnt do anything because property didnt agree to refund and claimed their property is well maintained. That was a lie. Please check the pictures. the picture they show you in booking.com is totally opposite of what they provide. this is a scam and booking.com simply doesnt have any quality control measure. if a property gets that many bad reviews they should be removed from their site. We eventually left the property after 3/4 hours because we couldn't live there. I paid 1

These villas were not what we were expecting. The villas were so poorly maintained and had lots of issues. No running hot water and water was coming out black from the taps!
