Genuinely nothing

Oh my goodness, where to start! I have been travelling for a long time, and have never felt more peaceful, cared for and content than at Bella house. This home has incredible energy. I don’t see how anyone could have a bad time here. The property is absolutely beautiful; a large balcony wraps around the rooms, and every morning you can have breakfast there if you like. The breakfast is so incredibly good and so cheap for what it is! I wish I could have these banana pancakes every day. Waking up here has been the highlight of my trip so far. Such peace. The hosts made an effort to let me know about which ceremonies were happening in Ubud, advising me on what times to go and how to dress etc. I felt very lucky they took so much care with their guests. CLEANLINESS: Finally, and importantly, I had stayed in a a lot of properties that weren’t very clean and I just didn’t enjoy my time there because of it. Here, I immediately took a sigh of relief because the sheets were clean, the bathroom was super clean (despite what older reviews say) and my towel would be changed every 2 days, along with my bed being made every day. This was great service. LOCATION: The building itself is off one of the most exciting roads in Ubud, but quiet enough to feel secluded and rested. You might hear some slight noise from the bar at nights, but I think with the property being so close to key night venues (LOL, The Blue Door, Donna’s etc.) that it makes up for it, because so many of your activities are within walking distance.

The property is run by a very nice family. The homestay is balinese so you would feel exactly that you are traveling in Bali. The breakfast was really good.

Loved the cheap breakfast options and location is great. A lovely family is running the place. Worth the cheap price. The room was hot since it only had a fan in the ceiling and the air coming from outside couldn't be blocked. The shower-bathroom combination wasn't the best and no soap available. There wasn't curtains to block some of the windows. You'll need earplugs and an eyemask to sleep properly.

The emplacement is amazing, less than 10 min walk from the Monkey Forest. The hosts are great and the rooms large and comfy. The price is also really cheap, the room is cleaned every day and the towels are changed every 2-3 days. I totally recommend this place +++

No complaints

This was the perfect place to stay during my four days in Ubud. The room was clean and comfortable, and the family were very friendly and welcoming. I loved starting my days with their breakfast in my room. My favorite thing about this place is the location. The Monkey Sanctuary is less than a ten-minute walk, plus a lot of the famous restaurants I wanted to check out like Hujan Locale (high-class modern Indinesian) and Ibu Oka (for the best Babi Guling) were all within range too. For all that convenience you can't beat their rates. Stay here!

The room didn’t have air conditioning, but there was a very strong (though loud) ventilator, which helped keep things cool.

We stayed at Bella House Monkey Forest from January 25 to 27, and we were really impressed. The location is fantastic, and the hosts were very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious and offered at an incredibly low price—such a great deal!

The room is essencial but has everything you need, the family who manage the structure is really friendly and kind. The room is clean and quite, I felt like at home, very good for the price. No breakfast included but you can pay extra and have some, I did not have the chance because of the time but it looked like delicious and I would have loved to try it ;)

Wifi didn't really reach upstairs for my phone, computer it worked perfectly great!

Fan is very powerful, honestly even better than AC at most places I've been. Such a perfect location, downtown, yet you don't hear a peep. Very friendly family and get the breakfast, such a good bang for your buck, great stay!

There was no A.C. which made it a little uncomfortable despite the fact that there was a fan...

The location was excellent-on Monkey Forest Road,close to restaurants and shops...The staff were friendly and helped me with my luggage when I arrived and departed..The shower was very good with plenty of hot water...It was good value.
