The food at the restaurant wasn't good. Despite telling them we're vegetarians, they did not modify their menu a bit. Served just the same for a week.

Liked the location of the resort. It's located in the heart of Kuta.

The locks on the doors were a little damaged which might be a concern to some people, although we didn’t have any trouble. There were works going on in the pool area which meant it wasn’t safe for us to sit by the pool sometimes which was a shame but also expected if work has to be carried out.

Good location, close to the airport and a short walk to the beach and busy areas of Kuta. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. The pool was a decent size and very clean. The buffet breakfast was great, lots to chose from!

I believed there are some renovation, early the morning got woke up by the noise. The pillows was smelly.

Pool had a lot of chlorine. The staff would not cook grilled fish for my coeliac son who cannot eat batter so we had to eat somewhere else.

The pool facilities were nice and rooms were comfortable.

Doors are old , Furniture needs upgrade, No Restaurants near by walking distance,

This isn't a deal breaker but I was upgraded to a handicap room, with a lifted tub. I just found the water to get on the floor really easily. It's located in Kuta in an area that is a few blocks off the beaten path. A more rural area with local food around you, not very touristy, so if you're looking for touristy, it may put you off a little. But I felt very safe in the daytime.

The best western is very comfortable. The room was clean and I love that not only the bed was big, but also had a little sofa and table in the room. The bed was also one of the most comfy of my travels. The pool was beautiful, big and a bit warm, which I know a lot of people would appreciate. The staff is very kind and don't enter the room until you leave for the day which I am not sure how they knew, but were in there when I was gone for like 15 minutes. They provided room service when I ordered down stairs and gave me a bowl when I needed it for outside food. The hotel itself is very large and comfy and good service for the price.

Hotel room big but looks old. Air cond old. Shower head can be lower and more powerful. Nothing to see within walking distance of hotel.

Pretty basic amenities No towels in the room. Found out half way through a shower. When I asked at reception to get s towel I was told ohhh we have run out of Towels and handed me two facecloths to dry myself. The AC fan is so light it’s a waste of time having it on

When I opened toilet bowl when I first arrived. It was strain and I don’t think it proper cleaning. Water from bidet was smelly too :( Secondly, my bed was wrinkle like someone slept on it before :( I do understand it is city hotel with lots of movement of guests daily, but I believe cleanliness is top priority for all guests and this is need to be improved. Best Western is good hotel, but since it’s old hotel nothing much to be expected like other best western.

There was welcome fruit and necessary items that you may need for over night if you are here for flight or to transit to where else in Bali.

Location close to the airport like 10 minutes. Use Google Map to find it straight away. The rooms are very spacious with balcony. Complete facilities, there is a TV and a mini refrigerator but empty. It would have been better if they had some refreshments in the fridge. The bed is big, comfortable. The bathroom is clean but small. And there is a hair dryer. In the room there is a sofa and table that can be used for work. The dressing table is also big, obviously I'm happy. Large, clean swimming pool. Breakfast timing 7-10 am couldn't get to experience due to late nights. Stayed here for 3 weeks, overall I liked the experience, would recommend next time.

Room stank of cigarette smoke even though it was a non smoking room. The toiletry bottles provided were empty and only 1 bath towel was provided for 2 people.

Great price. We just needed a room convenient to Kuta for our last day of shopping before our flight.

kitchen closes at 3 PM, stayed 3 day room was cleaned only once after telling. An issue with the water in the bathroom.

pool was spacious, calm area, lots of greeneries, big rooms, very comfortable... I was able to study and enjoy my vacation together. Got a welcoming basket of fruits

The facilities were old, like restrooms werent vrry good, air conditioner in the room was turning off aftrr 5 minutes ( I told ij the reception, they fixed after 2 days). thry were not cleaning the rooms every day, I had to ask for it. thry told that I turned on a button to not disturb ( anyway) . There were a music in the halls which did not let me to sleep and rest, I just dont understand why to have a music in the hotel halls near the rooms. People want to relax and sleep. In the restwursnts its understandable ( I inflrmed to the reception.. the lady told they will turn it on but did nkt afterwards). It was in narrow allies of Kuta... many stray dogs and no lights in the streets. I did not feel safe to go anywhere by myself, so always had to grab a gojek.

It had large spacious rooms, I had complementary friit box in my room on arrival, which was nice, pool was very quite and clean, breakfast was not bad ( Maybe would be better to have also some Western food like eggs etc). the stuff was exceptionally friendly.
