There have 2 room type. Smoking or non smoking room. They did not ask me before check in. But they act very fast respond to me change to non smoking room on the same day.

A number of the staff don’t speak or understand English all that well which can be frustrating, but it’s not their native tongue so they aren’t to blame. It would be helpful for the hotel Management to invest in their employees and help them with their communication skills, it’s really the only improvement I can think of as it was all pretty great.

Excellent breakfast selections and REALLY good coffee. You have to ask for a special coffee otherwise you will just get the filtered coffee (which is average) but it’s well worth the additional $2. The staff are so nice and very willing to help in any way. You can utilize the amenities at the big sister resort (Bintang Resort Kuta) which is an added bonus. Febris spa is just across the road and a trip to Bali is not complete without a spa booking at Febris. Food choices nearby were also great.

Lack of Gymnasium, Temperature controlled water in the pool.

Friendly staff. Good spread of break fast. Clean rooms. Ample parking space. Pleasant pool. Ease of check in and check out. Located near to restaurants and shopping area. Easy operated air conditioning in the room.

The room was spacious and clean. The housekeeping is made daily and the staff and housekeepers are really friendly and helpful. The facilities are nice and clean. We were allowed to use the ressort facilities, so we went to the pool and the private beach in there, was amazing. The breakfast was ok, they have a lot of options, mostly asian breakfast, fruit and bakery stuff. Maybe I would rather somethisg lighter as yogurth, cereal or oats, they do not offer any of them. Beside of that, everithing was excelent.

Everything was amazing.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We had a lot of fun at the swim up bar and the bartender was great! The location is perfect, practically on the beach and close to restaurants, shops, malls. The rooms were clean and outrageously comfortable beds! We rented two rooms, both were equally clean and comfortable.

the service was very slow, slow to bring coffee in the morning. Needed to ask way too many times, I was extremely sick one night and ordered room service as I couldn’t move from bed - all the food was either way over cooked or completely undercooked. When it came to making payment for the room service, it was a big issue - they complicated it so much, needed actual card, couldn’t accept tap, again.. I was bedridden and couldn’t think straight and it was way more complicated than it needed to be. Staff woke me up every morning WAY too early for house keeping after I told them every day the same thing! still ringing the door bell over and over first thing in the morning! super frustrating. On checkout they didn’t even ask how the stay was etc. Terrible service, wouldn’t recommend, and wouldn’t return.
