A little noisy from early morning. Weekdays. As a school is next door. But hearing children enjoying themselves. Is a blessing. Many waves of hello. Towards the rooms balcony. Easy to tolerate.

Lots of outside noise. Schools next door (which is fine, kids having fun!), but road noise, loud music from neighbouring houses and noise from other residents at the hotel were a little much sometimes. Nothing that can be controlled by staff, but something to be considered - we had some late night music/karaoke and had to be heading to the airport at 4am. That was the only night it really bothered me.

Great place to stay. Walking distance to main Legian shopping area and Legian food court. Food was great, room cleaned & freshened up every day. Staff were excellent! Laundry lady across the road $3/kg

I didnt like that the walls are rather thin i can hear the speaking noises of the rooms next my room and the room above. Also the cleaning service is not very good, but still fine.

Housekeeping staff is good but can be better. Some of the staff in maintenance and reception can't co-ordinate in english at all and sometimes it's very difficult to communicate for issue resolution. Wifi certainly can be better

Massage in spa was disappointing. The girl had her phone on my bed keep vibrating notifications and not allowing me to relax. One handed massage whilst texting at times.

Staff were amazing! Especially restaurant staff! Pool was awesome, great atmosphere! Rooms clean and tidy and serviced everyday. Best spring rolls ever!

The staff are really nice and accommodating. They let us do early check in for free. Plus there were complimentary drinks and food! The pool was so nice and safe even without a lifeguard. The buffet breakfast was delicious and really affordable!!

The only couple little things like the pool towels you had to wait for and holes in pool towels. And maybe the sheets on beds some may be ready to renewed

Staff all pleasant and helpful, the pool was very nice good depth 1.5m, having legion food court just down the road made this a good location. And local convenience store very close.

Location was a tad challenging at times due to the traffic, but this is common throughout the Legian area

The staff were extremely helpful, friendly, polite and empathetic when a family member was not well. The staff surprised me on my birthday with a little cake and song, which was really lovely. Facilities were always clean and well maintained plus the restaurant food was delicious and good value.

no ATM close by- have to go to main strip although Legian strip is close by on a hot day it is not a great walk restaurant is open so no air con- killer when the weather is hot and sticky

I stayed for one night because it is close to the airport. The beds were really comfortable and the room was nice and spacious. The staff was really helpful and the check-in and early check-out was smooth.

The design of the hotel was nice but its on poor maintenance..the room is bit old and need maintenance..our balcony seating area outside room which next to pool not clean and sofa was dirty and with cats fur. Bathroom and toilet stain and mouldy. Housekeeping never clean the room properly..our room we found dead cockroaches pass for two day at same place even after house keeping clean the room after we back from tour. Forgot to place towel and shower gel after cleaning..need to call and wait for 25 minutes to arrived. Hope they will improve the maintenance of hotel and house keeping service.
