There are about 12 villas on the property and only 4 sun chairs, the pool area is quite small to accommodate for the amount of guests there are. The water pressure in the shower is the biggest let down unfortunately, and the shower has no door so water goes everywhere. We were there for 7 days and our room only got cleaned once, if we wanted extra cleaning it costed 190k. We have a baby with us so cleaning was needed every couple of days.

The studio is nice and tidy, staff are extremely helpful and friendly! Nice and close to Sanur beach. Its also very quiet at night which is rare for Bali!

I loved my stay at Emy Sanur! The room is perfect and has everything you could need. I also thought it was very quiet and stylish. The outdoor area and pool are gorgeous; it felt like a little haven.

Location on google maps, grab and gojek were highly inconsistent. Many a times we had to step put into the roadside to find our driver. It was also difficult to get grab food transported accurately and i needed assistance from the villa frontdesk.

Room was very spacious, clean and well thought out. Optimal size for couple travelling. Location is not too bad as well.

The only reason it’s not a 5/5 star for me is that the toilet seemed to leak water after it was flushed. It was not very noticeable but the ground would get slightly moist and tiles would be wet, also the stip lighting above the bed flickered if we turned the bedside lanterns on. So had to keep them off of the lights would flicker.

The property itself is beautiful, so well designed and maintained. I was overjoyed to see my beautiful room. It’s modern and well taken care of. The staff were amazing and went above and beyond. The grounds were tended to daily. Everything was absolutely amazing. I would 100% stay here again. The wifi was fast and strong. There is a shared Netflix which is great not having to log into my personal Netflix. They also allowed us to keep our bags at reception while we were out for the day after checkout, as we didn’t fly out until after 11pm at night. Amazing service.

A little far out - but still easy in a Grab taxi (they arrived each time within 2/3 minutes of us ordering them).

This is such a lovely little place. Spotlessly clean with Balinese-style interior. So peaceful - didn’t hear a thing for the whole of our stay. The pool was also perfect, and the staff were really wonderful. My son absolutely loved the cleaning staff, and they were so welcoming to us.

It seemed to me, that the owners were in the process of rennovating my villa, and the floor in the shower wasn't really completed. But flipflops did the trick nicely. Not really a problem.

Really very nice and helpful staff. And the location was very authentic in a Balinese living quarter. A supermarket and a small kiosk were just round the corner. If you're going for something full-on touristy, you might want to go for something like Maya sanur or Pavillions, but for me just what I was looking for. The central courtyard was cared for very well, the pool is large and well maintained, and there's all kinds of cute animals around. The kitchen was nice, as well.

The location is a little bit of a journey to the main parts of Sanur of travelling on foot. Recommend hiring a bicycle or motorbike if staying here. The driveway is a little tricky for cars to negotiate so perhaps better to meet any drivers at the nd of the driveway to save them the hassle.

This place was perfect in every way. For a solo traveller who prefers some independence and doesn’t need the attention of hotel staff several times a day, this accommodation is hard to fault. The room was perfect, clean, and well appointed, staff were friendly and attentive when requesting some help and I had a minor maintenance issue resolved immediately. Pool area was lovely and clean.

OH.MY.GOD. Literally, I had to say I was so lucky to have booked Emy Sanur as my first stop in my Bali trip. To be completely honest i did not have a high expectation but I was astonished. Room, pool, service… everything was ALMOST PERFECT!!!

Brilliant location, rooms are large, cooking facilities (though more pots and pans would be ideal) are great, WIFI is exceptional. If you're a sun chaser, try book a room on the left. Facilities and staff are amazing. Stayed for quite sometime and made Sanur feel like home.

Everything was great. My only comment is to have the fitted sheets that cover the bottom half of the mattress. Although it does not impact sleep, its aesthetically pleasing to the eye and would be in keeping with all the other fabulous features of the room.

Only the location and only because we are a mother and daughter on our own and making our way to places was just a bit difficult.

This place is amazing - we loved absolutely everything...except the location. It was just too far away from anywhere and taxi drivers found it hard to locate but it was still very peaceful and great facilities.
