Noise early morning by staff hotel and staff diveschool. Stains in the sheets. They don't change or make up the beds, changing towels and/or clean the room (i stayed three nights). The staff of the diveschool is hanging around the swimming pool and because of the vibe (maybe because i'm not a diver) i did not feel confortable to hang around the poolarea as well.

The hosts were very friendly! The hotel has a nice look to it and the location is perfect (near the shoppingstreet, harbour and fish market).

Room was not properly lockable (no bolt into the ground floor), some renovation for high season going on (but was acceptable for me. It’s low season, at some point this work needs to happen) ;))

Walking distance to harbor/city area, pool (also used for diving courses), adjoining restaurant with good food (breakfast/lunch/dinner), friendly staff

The air con in our room didn't get very cold. It was just cool enough for a comfortable sleep but I would have liked it a little cooler. Could use a fan in the gym. No one at reception before 7am so took us a while to call a taxi

We booked 2 nights here as we found an incredibly cheap rate and were really pleasantly surprised. It was worth at least double what we paid. Room was clean and comfortable, pool was nice and extra facilities like gym and bar were handy. Staff were all lovely

It was very hard to communicate with the staff, I had to ask multiple times on whatsapp if they could confirm if there was a driver available for airport pick-up. The rooms are small and the doors of the balcony do not close properly. Also, it is a bit pricey for a property that does not include breakfast besides the breakfast does not taste great as well.

Clean property, nice diving center included, close to the harbour and nice restaurants.

Quite a basic room for the price, no fridge, but there are limited better options in Labuan Bajo.

Nice pool and chill area with bar, good restaurant upstairs. Room with AC, hot shower. Very convenient to go diving with the crew directly there.

The rooms are quite small. If you are not scuba diving this might not be the best value for money.

Accommodation: All the staff is very friendly and very competent. They gave us good tips on what to do and suggested a very good tour for the Komodo Island. Diving: The staff was amazing! Very professional and very friendly! Their boat and the food served on the boat was very good!

Our room had quite a few problems with the lock of the door and the sink leaking so they changed it for us which was really nice of them. However overall the cleaning and maintenance of the rooms could be improved a bit.

Location was perfect. The staff at the diving center were very competent and helpful. They also let us leave our luggages overnight which was really nice of them.

The location is good and the property has a diving center if you want to dive. People are very nice and friendly. There is a guy at the reception (cannot remember the name but he was a rasta man) and he is stellar! He tried to solve all the problems!

My husband couldn’t complete the diving open water course since they don’t have enough slots (if you want to do it we recommend you to book in advance). Also, the room was just in front of the pool so was not private.

The breakfast of the restaurant was amazing. The staff as well. My husband did the diving open water course and the experience was really good.

No Coffee machine in room and room safe didn’t have batteries so needed to use master key. After booking received email basically stating cannot stay in hotel if diving with another company. This needs to be stated up front before booking confirmed

-very noisy, especially the glas wall is very thin and above my room they store the diving tanks and start at 5 am
