AustraliaWe didn’t like the location! you need to go up a very small road by car, nothing next to it, we felt stuck It’s quite far from Ubud center. Also bare in mind the hotel have a lot of stairs (not so good for us oldies)
The hotel is beautiful, very clean. The staff is wonderful. They offer a good breakfast and an afternoon tea which was quite nice.

United StatesThe service was phenomenal. The staff were very helpful and professional, always made sure we felt comfortable with our room. The onsite restaurant offers delicious foods. Room service was excellent. Location is about 15-20 minutes away from the center of Ubud but the hotel offers shuttle service 4 times a day. Please be aware that Gojek and Grab services are not available but you can hire a private driver if you choose not to use their shuttle service. Breakfast is included and the meals were delicious. We used the onsite spa and the service was excellent. I’d highly recommend staying at this hotel if you want some quiet time away close to the rice fields.

United StatesThe property is so peaceful, I loved seeing the rice terraces and just hearing nature all around. I felt so welcomed at the hotel especially as a solo traveller. Any questions I had Yuanita and the other staff members answered promptly. James was my driver and he went above and beyond to make sure that I had a great experience in Bali. Having breakfast included was a big help. Found myself eating at the hotel a lot, the food is very good. Overall an amazing experience

We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is new, clean and spacious. The staff are kind and helpful. We spent time at the spa, the pool and driving around the area on a scooter (rentable through the hotel).

SerbiaLocation is a bit tricky to find (for taxi drivers), and the to road to the hotel is not really good. 😕 But one thing we really didn't like were the nets on the balcony that were missing! If you don't close the door, the insects, frogs and similar animals will jump inside. And if you close it you need to keep AC on all night, which is not good if you are sensitive to it (like I am) and can easily get sick (which I did). 😕
Everything was perfect! The room, the food, the stuff, quiet location.

This hotel is an absolute dream. We had a wonderful stay at the pool villa, which was without a doubt the best hotel room we’ve ever stayed at. The staff was incredible, the kindest people always striving to give us the best experience. We did a massage and a cooking class at the property too, and everything was really great. There is also a free shuttle to the centre of Ubud, which is so convenient (although we basically didn’t want to leave the property because it was so great). We will be talking and dreaming about this place for a long time.
