NepalThere are so many things that I don't like, if I wrote all of this no one will stay on this property. I stayed on this property for 4 nights. I do not have any option because all of the hotels in Bandung were full. Breakfast is very low for people who come from the outside there's no Western food on the breakfast. The room is not cleaned well, and the towel they provide us to it's dirty. And the room is not sound proof.
The staff is great on this property, they are very helpful, and they have two great elevators. Thank you Rossa she's very helpful.

IndonesiaThe rooms are a bit dull, especially the floor carpets. The bed is not clean enough. When I was about to go to bed, it turned out that the sheets had oil stains and spots on the pillows. But the staff moved quickly to clean and change the sheets and pillows. Thank you The location of the hotel is in the middle of housing, so it is far enough to find food outside or mini market. Because nothing is within walking distance
it's ok with the taste of foods during breakfast, variety good enough.

Malaysia1. The bathroom need to be clean because you can find stain on the floor or on the wall 2. The towel are dirty and old. I have to buy towel because I don't dare to use the towel on me. 3. The bedsheet also dirty and old. Our bedsheet got stain on it. I did complain about the stain but they didn't change. 4. Bedside lamp cannot be OFF. We have to cover with towel to deem the light.

United States of AmericaThe room were not ready when we're checked in. And it already 4.00 PM. We booked 7 rooms, but only using 5 rooms. But they kept charged us for 7 rooms. And by the time we're checked in, only 3 rooms were ready. 3 rooms can't be locked. The doors locked were damaged. And everytime we closed it, we can't open the door again so we need to called the staffs to asked their helps to open the doors. They said they will fixed it next morning, but never happened. Wifi also very slow/not working. Breakfast was terrible for 4 stars hotel. Bed sheets has stains.

IndonesiaThe room, bathroom, and cleanliness. It's really poor and not affordable cost. Dirty carpet, no hot water, broken air conditioners. Mossy toilet. Need to be renovated in total.
The hotel is quiet. Nothing special on my last visit actually, since I found some nightmares in the room, starting from I entered the room, then move to others.
