Nothing dramatic, but sometime the sewers were a bit smelly (nobody's fault) and the blankets could have been cleaner. But again, all in all not that bad

One of the rooms had a slightly different Qiblah direction, but I already informed the receptionist during check out. Another point is it depends on personal preference. The hotel is near Alun-Alun, so you might hear people singing at night. Personally, I enjoyed all the songs, but for someone who prefers complete quiet, it might be a downside.

The hotel is Syariah compliant, which means that unmarried couples are not allowed to stay. They will personally contact you beforehand to confirm this. The hotel provides a free light breakfast every morning, usually toast, and offers 24-hour access to coffee and tea in the dining area. The rooms were spacious, clean and had a nice ambience. We booked both a triple room and a double room, and we were happy with both. The Wi-Fi was quite fast. The location is great. It’s near the Kraton and about 5 minutes walk away. It’s also located behind a museum and close to several cafes. The receptionist was helpful and even allowed us to check in an hour early. Overall, I liked everything about this hotel.

A little bit noisy sometimes because of the mosque close to the place.

The place is so nice. The location was perfect. The bed is very comfortable. They don't have breakfast service but they offer you a few things to eat and coffee/tea as a courtesy that is more than enough.

A hidden gem, close to everything but off the main road. Staff were lovely. No breakfast but there was complementary tea and coffee, cold water and toast with spreads. We booked the family room for two friends travelling together which had a bit of extra room and a couch.

Only 1 thing to improve I guess. The a/c is not working properly (sometimes too cold and sometimes warm) for my room and my parents room. The remote control was not working either. The rest is fine. =)

The place is so serene, clean and comfortable for a long stay. Good location, nearby some tourist attractions and restaurants (within walking distance). Easy to call for Grab. The staffs are super friendly and helpful. I'm especially thankful to Pak Sigit, Lutfi and Pak Ithung for their kind assistance during our stay. Airport pickup/transfer, transportation and laundry services are available with affordable prices.

Location - if you are taking the airport to the city. It is a pretty long walk to the hotel, especially with luggage and streets are narro2 and and packed with people most time of the day. Room walls are thin and can hear next door but the next neighbour was good when I stayed. Early morning, prayers can be heard, too from the room
