The pool beds were old and musty and could use replacing. The pool itself needs a bit of repair with some of the broken and missing tiles. The bathtub is basically for show and trying to have an actual bath was impossible as it would take hours to fill up plus it didn't quite seal well. The kitchen cutlery and so on was pretty crummy and didn't look the cleanest, so that could use a refresh. These are just some little details that could be very easily fixed and would make this property go from good to great.

It's a great big villa with your own pool which is fantastic. The lady at reception was super friendly and nice, as was every member of staff. Love the landscaping with all the luscious green ferns, plants and flowers. They always did a great job of cleaning our room and setting up the mosquito coil for the evenings.

The bathroom was tired and needed some TLC. The water would burst out of the shower and the tap spluttering and wet your clothes. The kitchen was equipped with the basics but felt a bit overlooked. The TV wasn't connected to an aerial so you could only watch your own streaming services. I prefer to have local tv options when travelling.

The villa was excellent for me as a solo traveller. The room was large and the pool was deep and clean. The villa very super private which was very relaxing for napping on the lounges or swimming in the pool. The AC worked well. The villa is situated on an very very busy street but is accessed down a very long driveway. The second you enter the driveway the noise from the street starts to disappear and the villa itself was very peaceful. Good if you want to be in the middle of the busy areas but have a quiet sanctuary to go to and relax. The dogs, Snoopy and Jenny were a wonderful edition to the vibe.

The bed was extremely hard.

Walking down the driveway was like walking into an oasis. Very quiet and peaceful off a very busy street. Lots of restaurants and shopping on the doorstep. The staff were lovely.

Unfortunately there was construction happening right next door/behind which was noisy and there were workmen thst could be seen on site whilst in bedroom- so curtains had to be closed.

The proximity of the property to restaurants and buzz was excellent! Right in the hub.

The only thing was mozzies. They are everywhere in Seminyak but it would have been good to have a power Point plug in mozzie killer.

Everything was great. Staff and lovely and friendly. Only problem was the bathroom needs an upgrade and not enough hot water for washing hair in the shower.

Pool, balcony with lounge, chairs and dining area. Sun lounges, private pool and outdoor kitchen with fridge, crockery and cutlery. Drinking water provided every day and room cleaned. Excellent location in Jl Kayu Aya and easy walk to shops and restaurants.

The light located on the inside of the villa's entry door shined straight into the bedroom, that was the only thing I can really fault.

The location was perfect, private and away enough from the main street but still so close for all your needs. I was a little concerned the outdoor area may be too small, but for a solo occupant or couple, it was perfect. The outdoor bathroom filled with gorgeous plants and waking to the small garden outside the bedroom was the best way to wake.

Great, when there are kitchen facilities, but a tea towel would be great. Pillows were uncomfortable.

Welcomed on arrival by staff, very welcoming. The villa was lovely and very quiet. Bedrooms clean and well air conditioned. The pool was clean and lovely to swim in. The staff were very attentive and accommodating. Requested an iron, and they gave is one with an ironing board for the duration of our stay. The villa was cleaned daily. Lots of bottled water at our disposal.

I think I prefer that toilet have a door between the nature and inside, even it is still private but that nature environment can reduce the cleaness of each shower as there was not have place for hanging cloth.

have frogs outside and you can here, will be a good place for people enjoy nature, and love to have an interaction with nature. The dogs are friendly as long as you are friendly to them.

Could be great - issue is really these 2 dogs that guard the property. They are aggressive and growl/bark at you while coming towards you at night. I had anxiety just leaving my room.

The resort was a little tiered, as the often are in Bali, in saying this it was very comfortable and beautifully clean.

We were greeted with a huge smile and warm welcome we were escorted to our room, our bags were taken for us and we were shown through our room and everything was explained to us. We were very happy with our welcome. The pool was amazing and very private in our vey traditional Villa.

Some general wear and tear in the room, like some wall paper pealing off the wall, but that was very minor. No buffet breakfast, but knew that already so not a big bother.

The location of the property is great. It is located off a the main eat street in seminyak and is very quiet. The room was as the pictures showed and the pool was excellent. The room had all the features one would need, air con, good wifi, and a comfy bed. It was easy walking distance to all the main sights around Seminyak, and staff were always smiling when walking around the property. Would stay at this property again when visiting Bali.

The facilities are aging and need to update.

The location of the Villa is very convenient to anywhere. The Villa is very quiet even located at the center of a busy main street. The host is very helpful, we enjoy our stay with Heliconia.
