Room 6 bed was uncomfortable. The sheets aren't nice to sleep on so I put a tshirt on my pillow and a sarong on the bed to sleep on.

Awesome location, close to Mana for yoga and town is easily walkable. Nice pancakes for breakfast. Off street parking for scooter was handy.

The homestay had a cozy garden and was a nice place. Nice breakfast, and scooter rental as well. The family was extremely kind and helpful, amazing people. The room was okay, a lot of space and a pretty comfortable bed.

The beds are a little bit uncomfortable and we found there to be a few ants around the place. Minor complaints however which didn’t really impact our enjoyment whilst staying here.

One of the most solid budget options in central Kuta. The location is perfect, a five minute walk away from everything that you need. The rooms are comfy and the bathrooms are clean. Overall the place has a nice feel to it which makes it a fitting location for a longer term stay.

Just be aware that the cheaper room only has a fan, and if you want to use the AC it’s 50K IDR extra a night. It worked out using the fan even though some nights were pretty hot. I was just surprised when I got there and discovered I wasn’t able to use the AC in my room if I didn’t pay extra. I must have missed that in the room descriptions. Also power does go out at least once a week, but it usually doesn’t take long for them to pay and get it back on.

It’s a great location and the staff are all so nice! The breakfast is delicious as well! It felt very safe too and other people who stayed all seemed friendly.

the door doesn't close all the way so the room had a lot of insects flying around. made me a little nervous about bites so best to sleep woth insect repellant

Family are not the warmest hosts but are helpful when ask questions. No where to hangout outside other than little porch

They rarely clean the room on the daily basis. During my 7 days, it was cleaned only twice. The trash bin is only once per stay. The toilet has been broken since the third day and fixed one day before my last day of staying. The bathroom door was old and broken at the bottom so, the wind sound created every time the wind blew. Besides, their kids were loud playing at night. Moreover, the smoke of cigarettes could enter via the space of the slide door in the front of the room This place isn’t good for light sleeper at all!

The wise space of the superior room allow me to keep my long surfboard inside and the bathroom outdoor is nice for freshair

A bit more care for serving the breakfast...our coffee was offered more out of the cup than in. Also, empty out room rubbish would be great. We stayed there 4 nights, and the rubbish was never empty.

Perfect location and great quality of rental scooter for 100IRD. Breakfast very simple but good.

The bed was in a very bad condition! The room was very hot. We had a from with a fan bad it wasn’t enough because we couldn’t open the doors. You had to choose between heat or mosquitoes! It’s good for one night or two but not for more!

Quite basic (no soap, toilet paper, etc) but for the price this was fine!! No hot water. The family live there so it’s not completely quiet / private but we didn’t mind as they were lovely and we were out a lot.

The home stay is run by a lovely family - very kind and helpful. The room is spacious and clean, with a comfy bed, and the air con was AMAZING. Free breakfast we got banana pancakes everyday which were gorgeous.

The non ac room was REALLY HOT. Hotter than outside during the night and it was painful to sleep in We had to upgrade to the AC room to have some sleep at the second night

We stayed in a room without air-condition and it was quite hot even though the room is included with a fan. Also bed sheets in the cheaper room were very uncomfortable material. We asked for the better sheets but they were marked with black spots.. So check your bed and room properly!

The owners are kind and helpful. Breakfast was good and served to your room which was nice. You can rent a scooter from there also!

For early sunrise surf I had to wake up the family to get out of the locked gate. Felt very much like a home stay, garden could have been cleaner and more guest friendly.

Lovely family and banana pancake / breakfast in the morning. Really big rooms and loved the outside bathroom. Felt super clean, would definitely recommend.

The rooms without AC are just so hot. Even if you open the doors it stays hot. Just make sure you rent a room with AC.
