Unfortunately the rooms lack decent soundproofing. I was woken multiple times by conversations in the hallways and from children shouting in adjacent rooms. Additionally, even on the 5th floor, the sounds of street construction and horns could be heard all night.

The hotel was well positioned in Central Jakarta, the facilites and room were spotless and the food and room service was good. The highspeed internet was also a very welcome addition. Overall This hotel was excellent value for money.

There were few traces of abrasion or stains on the curtains, walls and chairs, but not to an unpleasant extent. The lid of the vent was on the edge of falling off, though. Everything is new at the moment, so it is nice. If they maintain it attentively in the coming years, the quality is likely to remain as good as it is now.

The room was spacious, and the layout was nice. Soundproof designs did their job. The bed is comfy. The breakfast had enough variation, but I did hope they provided small spoons for stirring tea.

The hotel is very good and near by to tanah abang. Variety menu breakfast and some indonesian cuisine very tasteful. If you tired, you just order or eat at the restaurant inside hotel. The staff very nice and services on top. Keep a good services. Thanks for the welcoming desert inside hotel.

If I had to say something unfortunate, it was my first time in Jakarta, so I felt a little sorry about the location because I didn't have a sense of distance. Shopping malls like Grand Indonesia took around 15 minutes by Grab, and old town areas like Kota Tua took around 20 minutes. The location isn't very good, but I don't think it's bad.

The best part was that the staffs were really nice. All the staff I met while staying at the hotel were nice. And it was nice that the sTREATs Restaurant in the lobby was running late into the evening. I had to have a late dinner because of my schedule, but I had a nice dinner thanks to the restaurant in the lobby. Nasi Goreng here was really good! And I don't remember the name, but I remember the male employee who helped me while I was waiting for Grab to get to the airport. Thank you very much!

Limited vegetarian options in restaurant. Complimentary water in sealed jug in room, was not sure whether safe to drink.

Convenient central location. Still need transport to go to the biggest malls but only 10 min away.Friendly courteous staff at reception and restaurant. Got 2 connecting rooms that we wanted.

I really like the location, very central and accessible. The room was spacious and great. The housekeeper changes the towel everyday and cleans the room. I remembered the washbasin in my toilet was broken around 9 pm, then I called the staff and they handled it very quickly.
