A few spider or mosquitoes in the room sometimes but it’s what happens when you choose something surrounded by trees over a big hotel complex. Still loved it :)

This place is exceptional! Huge rooms with super comfortable bedding, beautiful swimming pool, very nice and helpful staff and perfect location, really quiet area but only a 7 minutes walk from the center.

Nice quiet villa set off quiet road. Liked the private pool and the rooms were good. We just stayed the one night so didn't get chance to sample the breakfasts and restaurant.

If I had to pick one thing it was that the fridge was a bit noisy. But then again just pull the plug during the night and it won’t bother you haha!

It was very serene and quiet. Staff was extremely nice. The Villa was clean and looked very stylish. It’s close enough to the beach and the boulevard.

It’s a wonderful peaceful oasis in Sanur, beautifully landscaped and calm. We stayed in both a suite and a villa and enjoyed our stay in both - but the villa was really a luxurious treat. The staff were all top notch and so helpful. We’re going back!!

Our family of 4 had 10 nights in a 2 bed room villa. We absolutely enjoyed every second. The staff were so so lovely. The pool was amazing, so clean. The location was perfect. Not to far for our 5 year old to walk to restaurants. Breakfast was lovely every morning. Housekeeping everyday was so great.

Not a fan of the shower outdoor even if it was warm. Breakfast was nice but not the best. I went outside when I could.

The hotel and the room were amazing. An island of calm in a busy city. The pool is fantastic. Pleasantly surprised by the pool and garden. Very calm in the evening which means a good night sleep!

The suite we stayed in was of high quality with comfortable bed, great decor, excellent air-conditioning and everything you could need. The central pool is small, but pretty quiet. Most of the time it was very peaceful with just us or another couple using it. We didn't eat at the restaurant (breakfast & lunch only) but the menu looked great. All the staff were lovely. We would definitely come again. It's an easy walk to the main street and beaches.

Beautiful garden, nice staff, gorgeous pool and spacious air-conditioned rooms in the middle of Sanur, only a few minutes walk to the main street and to the beach. It feels like a sanctuary in the middle of the city and I recommend the property to anybody looking for a calm and relaxed stay without having to miss the tourist infrastructure

I was scheduled to return home by plane late at night, and the hotel allowed me to use the swimming pool and shower facilities after checking out, and kept my luggage until late at night. I was so thankful that he smiled until the end and allowed us to spend our time comfortably. I was able to finish my trip to Bali well, and I am currently making plans to travel to Bali again next year, and I hope to visit again then.

Could do with a desk for computer in the room,. A tea towel or draining rack. The outdoor shower needs the head cleaned as the flow was not good.

The villa has its own pool, kitchen and private entrance. The beds were very comfortable. Rooms were very spacious.

if there was only one thing: the breakfast was very basic and could be included in the room price...

the room was really big, nicely decorated, private and comfortable, the staff is really lovely, and the pool area is gorgeous! I really loved my stay there! the place is secluded while easy to find, you really feel safe. they accommodated a scooter rental for me so i could move around (i am used to scootering in Bali but Sanur is easy to navigate if you are wondering) but walking or bike would work well too :)
