The staff are bit laid back, nobody came to pick the luggage even after insisting, an extra bed was asked at the time of booking but it was not provided

The location is near mall. Only problem is the function of the aircon.. it shuts down by itself after 5mins Aircon needs cleaning

Breakfast given was not that great but can always do better. Maybe a renovation of the hotel would be really good as well.

The hotel was close to a lot of food places and shops. It was close to the beach but just the traffic around the area was bad. Overall the hotel was good, and the staff was really polite and nice

I didn’t like the Main Street location as we have another Indian family living with us in same hotel when we all went out on the Main Street just opposite to hotel reception gate the thieves on bike tried to snatch the gold chain of that family which was scary and not single person helped.

It’s neat and clean and staff is very friendly and supportive although pure vegetarian has to face barriers

checked in at 10pm, I requested for iron as I need to use it that night to iron my clothes because I need to go out at 2.30am the next day but sadly no iron available at that time. they cant arrange to get it from other room as well 😓

Gym equipment need to be fixed, the multi gym machine needs instructions and a list of exercises that you can do with that specific machine

The hotel is old and really needs a overhaul, the rooms are not cleaned well, but if something is not working, they fix it right away.

The staff is really nice and helpful, the rooms are big (the one we had), direct at the pool. Breakfast is simple but sufficient. (I upgraded to a room at the pool)

At no fault of the hotel, but the location is terrible. Most businesses around the hotel were closed and the buildings looked like no one had been there for a long time. There was nothing to do without walking a long way, no restaurants, markets or bars. The restaurant in the hotel closed at 8.30pm, as far as I'm aware it is advertised to still open until 11 pm. The cable on the TV is 5 English channels, not a huge issue but other similarly priced hotels have much more and more variety. The breakfast is the same every day and doesn't have any Western options except for cereal. It was perfectly fine and tasted good, but I would prefer more options and some Western dishes.

The hotel was perfectly fine itself, the food was well priced and you got what you paid for. The pool was nice and clean, well maintained.

Would like to see the free shuttle bus up and running again that went to Discovery ,kuta beach ect for the people that stay at Kuta central .
