The rooms should be made sure to have no maintenance issues.

I would definitely return as the service was impeccable, the facilities were great and I felt well looked after. It was a great location close to the beach and restaurants.

Quite a bit of wear and tear all over the property. Especially the ceilings are really damaged. Overall, it is not in excellent condition.

Great pool and beautiful landscaping. The beach downstairs is beautiful with lots of small fish restaurants. Very friendly and helpful staff. Spacious rooms and very quiet area. Easy to get to the airport.

We hosted a private function at sky bar at the resort which was quite disappointing, we ordered a canapé package but it was actually buffet and not served as canapés, also staff were very slow to respond to orders.

Staff were great and went above board to make sure we had a comfortable stay. The pool and kids club staff were so kind and friendly and we really feel they helped our stay more special! Breakfast was good and huge variety of foods.

We found quite a bit of hair and dust in the room it was fairly clean but not to the standard I would expect from this type of hotel. The towels were a little bit stiff and rough but that's a minor thing. We tried the breakfast on one morning. There was a lot to choose from but none of it really tasted very good at all. It was mostly different types of soups and a lot of breads and pastries. Overall it was okay but I'm not sure if I would return.

The rooms are very large and luxurious with a lot of marble. We had a pool access room which was nice but unfortunately the pool had a lot of chlorine in there which stung our eyes. Unfortunately the pool does not get a lot of sun although the temperature was okay we didn't feel like staying in there for that long. The gardens are very nice and the children's play room is a lot of fun for the little ones. The hotel is very close to the beach front restaurants which is a bonus as we love to eat seafood on the beach. I have to mention all of the staff were exceptionally friendly and provided very very good service.

The location was good, right next to the beach and the famous seafood restaurants of Jimbaran. The rooms were spacious and well equipped.

Air-conditioning in their restaurant was struggling. Skybar could be so much better with some shaded areas to capitalise on the view during the day and early evening.

Great location with seafood restaurants on the beach between the hotel and the sand. Nice sized room, lagoon access a bonus. Easy walking distance to local restaurants and amenities.

There we some inperfection/stain on the granite floor next to the bed. It looked like it was dirty. I called the house keeping, but they cannot do anything. They didn't over me to switch the room either. The daily room cleaning came very late in the afternoon. We were out from early morning until after noon, but the room wasn't cleaned.

Breakfast Buffet was good for non vegetarians but for not for vegetarians.. All bakery items were with egg.. if you are allergic to eggs, then you have options of only three types of breads..

BBQ smoke

Beautiful hotel. Lovely lagoon pool and super comfy beds. Staff were incredible. Friendly smiles and great conversations. Only issue is the smoke from the BBQ beach warungs would drift across the hotel and you could smell it in the rooms. We had a drink on the rooftop bar and the smoke was so bad that we left...ironic the bar is called Smokee...

Penthouse room was a little outdated, need to change shower head, water pressure not strong, the two shower heads should be separated (move apart) and could not figure out shower tap, would be great if both shower heads turned on at same time and water not warm enough. Cracked tiles in toilet floor, with tiny ants. Penthouse pool was lovely, however it’s old and has missing tiles, would of had a great view from pool if palm trees were trimmed down. TV was in wrong location. Very hard to watch TV from bed without getting a sore neck. Need some pictures on the wall!

Unfortunately we found the smoke coming from across the road a bit much at times - but not much you can do about that!

We had a fabulous room that had direct access to the lagoon pool which we used all the time. The room was large and spacious. The staff were wonderful and restaurant/breakfast was great. Had a wonderful stay.

Hot water supply didn't work for some reason. I'd give 10/10 otherwise.

Always liked Mariott Bonvoy hotels, barring a few exceptions. Loved the stay here too. Specious and beautiful room. Nice stuffs. The booking was for my wife and 3 nights. I showed up for the last night even though the booking wasn't for two, and ate breakfast too in the morning. They didn't charge extra.

1) The basin design is not quite user friendly in terms of practicality. The basin depth is shallow and the water tap is high which causes the water is easily splashed all over the counter and the floor. Making the area become wet easily. There are few times the water is splashed on ourselves. 2) The water discharge of the basin is too slow. The water level was rising before I finished brushing and washing my face. Probably some unclogging work needed to be done. 3) Sometimes there is an unpleasant smell in the shower / toilet area. The area and the toilet bowl are clean, maybe the smell came from the floor trap or toilet bowl. 4) The flushing of the toilet bowl is quite weak. Sometimes I need to flush twice in order to flush away all the waste.
