We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

AustraliaHad a room with an outdoor balcony, but it was enclosed, dark like a dungeon, and made the room very uninviting. The room was a lot of money and very disappointing. TV was small, and sound was awful. We had breakfast included but had to pay for our coffee. I asked the staff why, and they said that was normal. I later found the coffee stand two days before we were checking out but had to always ask for coffee cups so we could get coffee.
Location great, staff friendly, nice outdoor lounge area.

AustraliaThe rooms smelled bit mouldy but I guess it Asia. The pillows we had to ask to be replaced 3 times because they smelled of old sweat. The prices for food and drinks are quite high. At the resort you pay Australian prices. A cappuccino at breakfast was A$6.50. A beer at the pool was almost A$7.

New ZealandWe had an early arrival and late departure and for early arrival was hard to do anything - you needed a room key to use the toilets and number to get a towel. One room wasn't ready at 3pm check in time. A nicer outdoor area would have been good - the ground floor on hotel was dark and unappealing and nothing dried - had to go to communal areas. Balcony rooms looked much better.
Stayed 4 nights at end of our 3 week trip - Buffet breakfast a hit with kids. Cleanliness top notch. Staff were always very friendly and helpful and seemed happy. Beds comfy. Restaurant had good food and cocktails. Location very handy opposite beach with surf hire, boardwalk etc. Close to good kuta shops and spas. Apart from check in issues everyone was very accommodating. Hotel had everything you needed and nice comfy rooms with good water pressure and everything you would expect.

AustraliaNothing really, if looking for something the only thing that put us out was the kids club next to the family pool would come out and set up loud music next to the pool but only for an hour or so, not really worth worrying about.
The hotel is really well maintained, the rooms were clean, the beds were comfy, great buffet breakfast and fantastic staff! Nice big swimming pool that was never too crowded. Perfect location for shops, spas, restaurants and beachfront.

Location is great. They remove people’s towels from the pool lounges after an hour if they’re not there which is good, so people can’t monopolise the lounges! Staff great.
