Had a room with an outdoor balcony, but it was enclosed, dark like a dungeon, and made the room very uninviting. The room was a lot of money and very disappointing. TV was small, and sound was awful. We had breakfast included but had to pay for our coffee. I asked the staff why, and they said that was normal. I later found the coffee stand two days before we were checking out but had to always ask for coffee cups so we could get coffee.

As it’s in a central at night time can be loud. I did notice a staff member not well coughing on the buffet breakfast.

I loved how friendly and accommodating the staff where. The gardens were well maintained and I loved the pools.

Air con wasn’t cold enough, beds were hard, some bugs and insects in the room (room 144). Also I booked through booking.com but due to needing to change dates I got charges full price for the room

The rooms smelled bit mouldy but I guess it Asia. The pillows we had to ask to be replaced 3 times because they smelled of old sweat. The prices for food and drinks are quite high. At the resort you pay Australian prices. A cappuccino at breakfast was A$6.50. A beer at the pool was almost A$7.

Adult pool had lots of children and smoking around the pool. Water bottles in room not re stocked every day and no hair conditioner or body creams in bathroom .

Our room on the 4th floor had a breeze. Loved the location. Breakfast was excellent. Bars and restaurants very good .

The hotel is in a great location, near the beach, shopping mall, bars and restaurants. 2 pools, 1 for families and the other for adults. Great variety for breakfast and comfort rooms

We had an early arrival and late departure and for early arrival was hard to do anything - you needed a room key to use the toilets and number to get a towel. One room wasn't ready at 3pm check in time. A nicer outdoor area would have been good - the ground floor on hotel was dark and unappealing and nothing dried - had to go to communal areas. Balcony rooms looked much better.

Stayed 4 nights at end of our 3 week trip - Buffet breakfast a hit with kids. Cleanliness top notch. Staff were always very friendly and helpful and seemed happy. Beds comfy. Restaurant had good food and cocktails. Location very handy opposite beach with surf hire, boardwalk etc. Close to good kuta shops and spas. Apart from check in issues everyone was very accommodating. Hotel had everything you needed and nice comfy rooms with good water pressure and everything you would expect.

Nothing really, if looking for something the only thing that put us out was the kids club next to the family pool would come out and set up loud music next to the pool but only for an hour or so, not really worth worrying about.

The hotel is really well maintained, the rooms were clean, the beds were comfy, great buffet breakfast and fantastic staff! Nice big swimming pool that was never too crowded. Perfect location for shops, spas, restaurants and beachfront.

Location is great. They remove people’s towels from the pool lounges after an hour if they’re not there which is good, so people can’t monopolise the lounges! Staff great.

Lots of mosquitoes about, not that the Hotel can do much about that. Being mosquito repellant!

The cottages were very spacious, clean and in such a great location. Pool is great for kids, buffet breakie had so many choices. The teppenyaki was a great fun night.

Very average breakfat for AUD25 in Bali. they NEVER had skim milk, oh my goodness the guys making the omlets took absolutely forever and ebery omlet was raw inside.
