Slightly dirty in cracks and corners, main pool was murky and had lots of dead wasps in it. No shade at main pool to sit under. Beds very hard and uncomfortable.

Music during the day is always the same and really boring and sad and at night dj is way too loud nobody can I stand each other at the table! Tables near swimming pool are dirty and they don’t really care

Very unique place and worth staying to experience something different. Views incredible. Get a room with pool access - fabulous. Seems like it's a way out of town but it's only a 15 min downhill walk and cheap taxi back. Would definitely stay again.

The hot water only lasted a short time and the food was a little expensive. The wifi would also be inconsistent at sometimes and wouldn’t work at points.

Our deluxe room did not come with a refrigerator & we had seen in a previous review that it was possible to request one, but when we asked (we noted we were willing to pay as well), we were told that unfortunately this option is no longer available. Additionally, when requesting for ice and were charged IDR 51,000 for a very large bucket, far more than two people could reasonably use. It would be sustainable if a smaller portion were available at a lower price to help reduce wastage. The bar above the restaurant was closed throughout our week-long stay, and there was no live music in the evenings. The only time we saw a live DJ and the bar open was on a Monday evening, which appeared to be for a private event. Note that 2 out of the 4 pillows in the room were towel-filled pillows. While we found them comfortable and tolerable, they may not be suitable for everyone.

We had an amazing view from both the pool and our ocean-facing room. The room was very clean—no signs of mold, dust, or wear and tear, felt like staying in a brand-new hotel or at least recently renovated/deep cleaned. The hotel restaurant offered a good variety of food, and the breakfast spread was quite generous. The air-conditioning worked perfectly and felt fresh, seems like the filters are well maintained. We found the in-house laundry service very reasonably priced.

It is full sun and not much shade, so we couldn't stay out in the pool area very long.

We loved the views from the pool, bar and restaurant area. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and the rooms were comfortable and clean.

The room itself is basic, not much amenities and small. There were suddenly no water when we wanted to shower at night and had to wait for it to be available again.

The exterior is istagrammable, very pretty and Santorini-like.

In rooms; The toilet is next to the shower and doesn’t have a door to separate from bedroom. The shower water temperature was inconsistent. The main pool was not the cleanest. The lounge chairs at the pool were not shaded. This was probably for aesthetics. As with all properties near the sea, the hotel was in need of “touch up” maintenance.

Excellent location - amazing view. One of the best buffet breakfasts we have had the pleasure to experience.

very loud music in common area (annoying), no sun umbrellas at very small swimming pool (thus not really useable), food in restaurant was variable, information as to get to beach said 3min, but that was by car, although there is no place where you could have parked a car, walking distance actually 25 min.

i had an injury prior to coming and unfortunately my room was at the top of the hotel, requiring several flights of stairs up, which was not ideal given my pulled leg muscle and 20kg bag (there is no elevator for the top section of rooms). I had trouble finding someone to help me lug my bags when i left, despite me asking. Some staff spoke english but others did not, which is I think where the misunderstanding came from. There is a lack of staff attentiveness. Additionally, the rooms are a bit outdated for the price.

Extremely disappointing for the rooms. The standard room is horrible, there was no window, no vent so imagine the humidity (!!). We upgraded and changed room, was slightly better but to be honest the rooms are not at the level of the price required for Indonesia. You pay for the rooftop and the pool. When we wanted to fly back, our shuttle for the airport was 15 mins late while costing double than the price that you pay at arrival with local taxi.

The staff is adorable, even though not super well trained for some (a lot of teenagers) but really they are doing the best to help and to make the stay comfortable. A special mention Anggun who was really super cute ! The hotel in general has a great view and the breakfast is good.
