We waited for almost 2 hours because the room isn't ready. But staff is polite and the house is outstanding, so we don't mind.

The internet was a little slow for our needs.

Keys were available for us at reception. The condo was well equipped and clean for our stay. Sofyan went out of his way to ensure we knew where everything was located, even walked us to the nearest convenience store.

The unit are Comfortable and very Clean, helpful and friendly staff, especially the receptionist and security guard team. The facilities are all complete. Superb service! Will come again if i had the chance.

It did take time to get hot water for the shower.

Very spacious and clean. We had great interactions with the staff especially Sofyan. They were very helpful and accommodated us with a late checkout.

Overall the location is safe with guards always on duty however there’s not much near you but can’t really complain when you can get a grab for fairly cheap. The deposit only being allowed by bank transfers is a little annoying as I had no wifi or data to do it thankfully the guards let me use the wifi to do this but ended up taking a couple of hours.

The apartment is lovely, very clean as well as water provided with a machine as well (very handy), facilities were great with pool and gym and staff were lovely.

The rooms are exceptionally clean and well-organized, with air conditioning systems working perfectly. The reception team is incredibly friendly and professional. This is definitely an experience I would love to repeat.

Slight smell coming from the laundry area and the small room near the laundry room

The property itself is very nice, clean rooms and living areas, location wise is okay, check in staffs and reception was very friendly and made the stay experience more fun

From beginnt I enter and Siung Check in until Check out, easy and praktisch. Personal at Rezeption ( Mockha) Kindly, friendly , polite and always ready to helping us. I will be glad to stay there again when I visit Jakarta.

Little bit far away from city center… nothing to do around but the building is so nice that you can stay inside for all your stay !! Swimming pool, gym, pool and a lot a delivery around for perfect diner !

The appartement is really lovely ! All the residence is cool ! Moka at the reception is really nice guy ! Security at night are also very nice and funny ! It was clean ! And the best is the bed !!! I really sleep like a baby, so comfortable ! Netflix on the big screen is very nice and you will have a very very good WiFi !!!!!!!! All good thank you 😊

Many things require fixing, especially the toilets. The sinks were clog. When we opened the faucet, the sink was pooled with water, which is a little disgusting. Not to mention the shower place, it was clogged as well. The faucet for toilet bowl was leaking as it needed replacement. We had to call the maintenance to fix the problem. We came for holiday but ended up having to fix problems in the apartment 😒 TV in the living room was also spoiled. But it was replaced the same day, thankfully. Washing machine pipe came out in the middle of washing, and my husband had to fix it himself. My question is, why take $200 deposit(in case of damage to the unit) when the unit already has so many damages? Pls improve your units if you want to take so much deposit like that.

The apartment is clean and neat. Bedsheets, towels smelled good. Ironing board, iron, rack to hang wet clothes, hair dryer are all provided which I like.

Spacious appartement room, very clean and neat. Friendly host and management. They responded quickly when i need help. the ease of access to a lot of place from this appartement definitely worth the money if you wanted to stay for a longer time
