Verified reviewThe location was great. Literally a couple of minutes walk from getting off the boat. Staff always smiling and helpful and as soon as we arrived at the bottom of the steps to the hotel(maybe 14) a member of staff was there to help us up the steps with our luggage. Amazing! Our room was made up beautifully as a surprise for our Pearl Anniversary too!Breakfast was nice with a great view out across the water and again nice staff. The bar and live music at the night were the best. Staff again were outstanding. A great team and the live band were so entertaining. Lead singer, Dom, was very enigmatic, so even if you were not familiar with the music he kept you thoroughly engaged and entertained!
Pool area a little small but not really a problem. The beach is right there in front of you if you want to go and sprawl out. A misunderstanding with the GF menu but rectified immediately with a very attentive Hotel Restaurant Manager. Thank you for that.

The property was good overall. I had some issues with the air conditioning, but the staff moved me to a different room on the second day. The internet also had issues for two days, so that was a bit complicated. For the price, I expected a little more. But the staff there is amazing, always charismatic and attentive. That's it, overall it was okay.

One day they didn't replace one of the towels used, we had two staying in the room. Or give us extra toilet paper. The following day they gave us mat towels :/ and no toilet paper. I had ask for proper towels and extra toilet paper. Laundry was lodged 9:30am and paper stated receive by 6am they didn't get it to us until 9:30pm after for St I saying we had to wait till 11pm as washing was 3pm This made no sense since we handed it very early and the sheet said otherwise

Our 2-night stay at this hotel was a very unpleasant experience. The room was dirty upon arrival, and no towels were provided. When we finally received towels, they were in unacceptable condition — dirty and full of sand. The overall service was unprofessional, and the receptionist was openly disrespectful. During the night, the electricity went off around midnight, and no one responded to our repeated calls to reception. Breakfast was extremely poor, especially considering the high price we paid. It also appeared that unqualified and underaged staff were managing most of the hotel operations. The swimming pool was in a shocking state: dirty water, broken tiles, visible mold, rusty tables, and generally unsafe to use. The entire property is poorly maintained, unhygienic, and does not reflect the standards expected for the rate charged. We strongly recommend avoiding this hotel — it is not worth the money and fails to deliver even the most basic level of comfort and service.

Power interruptions do occur occasionally on Gili Island, but our team should have communicated and assisted you better. Breakfast is really bad. Not only the hot food is served cold but also people touch food precut with fingers as it's not covered with anything. We both got sick during the stay there, and that the only place we ate the same thing. So the suspicion is on the breakfast The worst part is the design of the room, or rather bathroom. The toilet is literally in the bedroom, with door that doesn't fully shut, there is a gap by design of about 2 cm. I don't understand when we collectively in the hotel designs decided that people on holiday don't like privacy when going to the toilet. It needs to stop I attached a photo of the toilet door gap , you can make an eye contact with person in the room.
