Very nice place with private pool, just a 5 minute walk away to a really good beach with turtles, nice bars and restaurants.

Staff were lovely. Great location.

Quite run down compared to our stay the year before. A light was just covered with tape as the switch wasn't working. Couple of the pool tiles were broken. The water was turned off quite a few times during our stay. We were just very disappointed with our stay this year.

This was a seemingly good place to begin our Gili Meno stay and it didn’t disappoint, the staff works hard to make it pleasant. Ultra-clean toilet; The shitty side of the beach is just down the road but the better beaches are to the east and a little farther away.

The property shows signs of its age; was probably fantastic when they first began but then you see the cracks in the walls only after you sit down and look around. The bathroom doesn’t drain properly. We had our first and only cockroach in the most expensive place we stayed at the entire trip.

Friendly staff, clean linen and towels. Basic breakfast included. Small private pool. Fridge/minibar. Safe

Nothing major, just lots of small items need addressing..... no water to outside sink, T.V. broken, poor drainage to shower and loose toilet seat, mould patch to ceiling. No bottle opener for beers in minibar. No instructions for safe. Silly little things that would improve rating

Meno Suite team was very kind with us especialy Iman. Everything was perfect and we really miss this place and people. It was a pure joy to stay there.

The AC was annoying, it was on this noisy setting that we couldn't fix. I didn't sleep well as I need a duvet, not a sheet which is a personal preference.

I had a fantastic stay at Meno Suite Hotel! The place is quiet, clean, and perfectly located to enjoy the beauty of Gili Meno. But what really made the experience special was the staff. Ebby and Eman were absolutely amazing — always kind, helpful, and ready to assist with anything you need. Whether it’s organizing activities, giving local tips, or just having a nice chat, they truly go above and beyond. Also, a big thank you to the lovely cleaning lady, who kept everything spotless with a warm smile every day.

Was cleaned every day.

Didn’t have proper bed sheets so hard to get the right temperature, too cold with air con on too hot without it.

Breakfast was good, accommodation near the beach and nice and quiet place. Air con was enjoyable same as the swimming pool. Staff were really nice and helpful ! And good taste in decorations and everything for a good price.

Sometimes you had a bad smell from the bathroom. Bottom shower was not in place. And some parts of ground of the swimming pool were broken.

Additionally, they provide bike rentals for those looking to explore the nearby area, and if you need assistance with your luggage, they’re more than happy to arrange horse-drawn carriages to help you out.

The primary reason I chose to book a room here was the allure of having a private pool, which promised a luxurious and relaxing experience. Unfortunately, our excitement quickly faded when we discovered that the pool was quite dirty, filled with an unsettling number of insects, leaves, and other debris. When we reached out to the staff and requested a cleaning, they were prompt and responsive, coming right away to tend to the pool. However, their efforts only addressed the surface, as they were unable to clean the bottom where a significant accumulation of dead insects and dirt had settled. This is particularly problematic because, each time someone jumps or swims in the pool, that debris stirs up, making the water appear murky and uninviting. It’s disappointing because the private pool was a highlight of my stay, and the inability to maintain its cleanliness significantly detracted from the experience. I strongly urge the management to find a more effective solution to this ongoing issue, as it would greatly enhance the overall quality of the guests' experience. I found the beds and pillows to be quite uncomfortable, which was really disappointing. The quality of the bedding was noticeably low, especially considering that we have stayed in accommodations that were significantly cheaper—some costing up to eight times less—where we enjoyed incredibly comfortable and high-quality mattresses and pillows. It was surprising to encounter such a stark difference in comfort, as we had expected much more from this place given its price point. The bathroom emitted a constant unpleasant odor, and the tap water and shower water tasted salty, which was not pleasant. The bicycles available for rent are priced significantly higher than what one would expect, especially considering their condition. Many of them are in poor shape, often featuring broken brakes that pose a safety risk or flat tires that render them nearly unrideable.

Comfortable and clean the plunge pool is a real bonus Opic and Jami were great hosts

Nothing only hiccup was loss of power for a few hours one day which meant no water for that time No fault of the property

It was very spacious - bed was really big and it was very private.

Various facilities didn’t work properly - the plug next to bed did not work, the tv didn’t work, the shower went from very hot to very cold and the lock on the front gate was faulty. Staff seemed really nice but possibly wouldn’t recommend staying for a solo female traveller - the whole area was only locked off by one gate for which the staff also had a key for. No lock on bedroom door meaning anyone could get in during the night.

Spacious suite, private pool and veranda. Staff were always on hand and very helpful. Staff sorted out bike hire, laundry and were very eager to help with any little things which we needed. Definitely recommend bike hire to get around, popping to supermarket etc.

Nothing specific to dislike everything was good. Like with most places some additional small items would enhance the stay, e.g. kitchen towel, bottled water, basic cleaning items (maybe a brush for the veranda)
