No lockers, no key for the room, everyone from the street could have gone into shared rooms and take whatever, so for security is 0/10. Also loud living area and ver very cold temperature in rooms, quite uncomfrotable.

Breakfast included at 60k IDR per night is a nice bargain, also perfect to reach the airport. Good wifi.

Good enough to nap (I checked in around 8PM and out 3AM), but I wouldn't stay for a longer period. There's only one toilet and three showers for a shared room of +20 people. Seemed like there were lockers available before, with a key card, but not anymore. Getting to the top with all your luggage is not ideal 😅

It's close to the airport and comfortable. Staff were really helpful. They also offered me free coffee in the early morning while waiting for my transfer. Bunks arr assigned on arrival, there's curtain and international plug.

There is only one toilet on each floor, and capsule hygiene needs to be improved

24-hour front desk service, check-in at 23:00 in the evening, and departure at 3 am in the morning. There is always front desk service. It's very quiet at night. It's a good place for connecting flights. The price is mainly cheap.

We booked a triple room but were given 3 beds in a 38-bed dorm instead. There was only 1 toilet for the whole dorm. No soap at the sinks.

There is NO airport shuttle as stated on the property ad - I told them they need to change this on booking.com but obviously this hasn't been done as multiple complaints on the reviews... Only one toilet on the dorm level.... very silly as it's about a 40 person dorm.

Good spot if you are staying for a flight as it is about 10 min drive to terminal 1. Beds are really comfortable and we found the dorm to be very clean. Air con in the room is powerful but the pod beds are a good temperature. For the price you can't grumble.
