Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.

BelgiumNothing really, but just know that there is no alcohol on the menu.
This was really paradise. The tent by the waterfall was extremely confortable and the bathtub is really a huge plus. It was that cosy that we chose to eat in several times. The garden is beautiful and the food is exceptional (homemade). Best masala chai I ever had.

PortugalSuch a unique experience next to the waterfall, set in a gorgeous jungle full of flowering plants, huge leafy trees and swaying palms. Sounds of water everywhere. I spent 5 wonderful days. They brought me beautiful food in wonderful baskets and took great care of me when I didn’t want to emerge from my rest. They truly know how to facilitate a getaway experience in a magical setting. How lucky am I?

GermanyI honestly don’t know where to begin – everything was perfect, and the staff were some of the kindest people we’ve ever met. We had a small accident on the way there, and as soon as we arrived, the staff immediately treated our wounds with fresh aloe vera from their own garden. The owner kindly gave us a special cream to help the healing process. When they noticed we were feeling cold, they brought us blankets without us even asking. We were truly overwhelmed by the warmth, care, and kindness we received. Beyond that, the resort itself is absolutely breathtaking. The untouched nature and peaceful atmosphere make it a unique place. We stayed in the Stream Tent, and the sound of the river lulled us to sleep. The tents are beautifully designed, luxurious, and equipped with everything you need. There’s a great list of local cultural sights and activities, so it never gets boring. The food is either grown in their own garden or sourced from local farmers they support – everything is natural, healthy, and incredibly delicious. This place nourishes both body and soul. Next time, we’ll definitely stay much longer. When we left, all the staff came to say goodbye, and the owner even gave us a personal list of recommendations for our next stops – hotels, restaurants, massages, and more. He and the team also shared a lot with us about their Indian and Balinese culture and beliefs, which made the experience even more meaningful. We are deeply grateful for the warmth, hospitality, and enriching experience we had. We couldn’t recommend this place more highly – it’s truly magical.

United StatesWe did the guided walk which was advertised on their website under the Experience and was recommended by the resort staff onsite. However, we were unhappy about the experience and a total waste of time. The guide was unprofessional and kept fishing info on how much we pay for other services at the resort. The path was not well planned and not safe to walk without proper gear such as walking stick/hiking poles. Some of the down steps were very steep and muddy. We had to hold on to each other to make it through without slipping/hurting our ankles at some points. At one point, we had to across a river (water level btw mid calf to couple inches below our knees). We were not informed prior to the tour and didn't bring towels to dry our feet. We held on to each other while using some tissue paper to dry our feet : ( Approaching to the evening, we were still quite far away from the resort (approx. one hour walk distance). We asked the guide to get us a ride rather than walking back to the resort in the dark and running late to the massage appointment. The guide called and got us a ride for 150K IDR. When we got near the resort, our guide told the driver to drop us off near the resort and made us walk back in order to avoid the resort staff seeing us return with the ride which was weird. I do not recommend this Guided Walk to any elderly or someone who has back issue, weak ankles, or balance issues. Besides this negative guided walk experience, we love our stay at Nadi and will definitely return in the future!
clean, luxe and cozy tent with beautiful nature and view; great communication and excellent customer services; BEST SLEEP; BEST VIEWS; Fresh, healthy and tasteful food and drinks; BEST MASSAGE; Pros: location - beautiful nature, nearby mountains, lakes, waterfalls, away fr traffic jam/polluted air in busy touristy areas tent - comfy king bed and day bed (for the third person), private deck with view, very clean and spacious bathroom, powerful air cond ROOM SERVICE - always delivered Unlimited free water delivered to your room luxurious amenities ultra soft, new and high quality towels fresh and yummy food/drinks with variety Best private driver/tour guide Kadek arranged by Nadi - We booked a private driver/tour guide to take us around, day trips, and also a ride to next resort in Ubud after Nadi. The rate is very reasonable. Kedak drives very safe, knows the areas very well, and had many good recommendations. We were very pleased! massage onsite - better than fancy spa at five star luxury resorts in Ubud customer services - exceptional Cons: too short a stay (two nights).. not Nadi's fault I'd recommend to stay min. four nights to unplug and really enjoy the beautiful nature of the surrounding areas Other tips: mountain view tent has the most private and beautiful view compared to the rest of the tents; food is well prepared with love but does take some time so please plan accordingly; questions/requests via Whatsapp is the best way to communicate with the resort staffs; nearby places we enjoyed: Ulun Danu Temple Boat Tour - we did the sunrise boat tour which was spectacular Banyumala Waterfall coffee break at Wanagiri Food & Drink overlook the beautiful mountain view; Bedugul luwak coffee & coffee plantation; Tamblingan Jungle Jatiluwih Rice Terrace Bayan Ancient Tree

SwitzerlandThe menu choice is a bit limited e.g. only chicken meat available, one beer on the menu yet no wine or drinks (for the ladies)
The location with its ricefields and forest suroundings The very high end "glamping" infrastructure The delicious food incl generous breakfast with good coffee The super friendly staff and the provided (very, very) high end service The price/quality relation especially compared to more busy Bali places in the South The well visible "brain" and passion which the sympathetic international owners put into their resort project

United KingdomNadi Nature Resort was the best place we’ve stayed in Bali to date ! An absolutely wonderful setting : the tents in the valley and by the waterfalls were quite magical and a great spot for morning yoga sessions . Listening to birdsong and watching butterflies was a real immersive experience! The tents were really well designed with outdoor decks and chairs , super comfortable beds , great WiFi , beautiful rattan and wooden furniture, cushions and delicious fragrant toiletries. The farm to fork food was delicious: fresh tasty and beautifully presented. And the service was exceptional: the staff were truly professional and absolutely lovely : super friendly and attentive and such a pleasure to see them each day . A wonderful stay and very much hope to return : Thankyou 🙏

IndiaThere’s nothing to dislike about this property, except that reaching your tent feels like a mini workout (not that I’m complaining)!
The property is absolutely stunning, nestled amidst nature and surrounded by a lush, dense forest. For those seeking peace and an escape from the chaos of city life, I wholeheartedly recommend this place. From the beautifully designed tents to the vibrant farm-to-fork meals, every detail is thoughtfully curated. The owners, who reside on the property, are warm and offer wonderful suggestions for exploring the nearby village. My stay here with my sisters was an unforgettable and rejuvenating experience.

The fine design of the tents , nicely finished with leather. Very nice views. The location is beautiful so rounded by rice fields , trees and streams. I slept very well here on this comfortable bed and pillows. Good wifi signal. Very romantic place. Quiet and well maintained. The tent has AC working very good. I love the vibes here, the philosophy of organic, healthy and eco deluxe.

IndiaI'm obsessed with Nadi Nature Resort! It's my favorite chill spot in Bali where I go to unwind and recharge. I've lost count of how many times I've been there (over 10 times in 2 years, I think!) and it never fails to amaze me. The vibe is super relaxing, surrounded by nature, mountains, and rice fields. Their eco-tents are insane - they blend in with the surroundings but are ridiculously comfy inside. I always sleep like a baby at Nadi! The food at their farm cafe is incredible. They use top-notch ingredients and it shows. I'm addicted to their Rajasthani Chicken Curry - it's spicy, flavorful, and just what I need when I'm craving Indian food. The staff is super friendly and welcoming, and then there's Chai, the cutest farm dog ever! She's always by your side, making sure you're having a good time. If you're looking for a peaceful getaway in Bali, Nadi Nature Resort is the place to be. I'll be back... again and again!

CanadaThis is only one spa room with only one masseuse so no couples massage. Only one at a time which doesn't work for all schedules. But it's a massage in the jungle, so what could be better!?
Fantastically clean tent that felt more like a cottage. Super quiet place with no eldogs or roosters. Next to the waterfall. Food was next level! If this is glamping I want to do a lot more of it. Great furniture and bathroom. This location and property inspired me to consider full-time tent living. Food and beverage was all made in local ingredients or from the farm on the property. Don't miss out on this experience.

SingaporePlace is quite far from ubud and you will need to rent a scooter or hire a driver to explore the surrounding areas. Wasn't much of an issue for me since I was there to relax and enjoy the views from my tent. Quite a walk from reception to the tents but thankfully the staff is there to help carry your bags.
Views were amazing, tent was very comfortable and clean and staff were attentive, service was great. Love that you can order room service for all your meals. Nice and private since there are only 4 tents, I was the only one when I stayed. Can see why everyone who stays recommends it.

SingaporeExceptional location, peaceful. Luxurious rooms that accentuate the feeling of being in nature. The service was great; every aspect of our stay was well taken care of. The incredible food just took the experience to a different level. Not often when you can actually walk the farm where your food is coming from. AustraliaNothing but initially my husband was daunted by all the steps - he had a bad knee injury but the climb was worth it for the food.
We adored every minute of our stay. We are long term Bali residents and now visitors so have been to many places and realise now how hard it is to truly ‘escape’. Here we felt so relaxed. The tranquility In the stream tent interspersed with the sound of water was meditative. The food was incredible and this was endorsed by the philanthropic community self sourcing. Staff were so attentive but not invasive and again coming from the local village it was a community connection. Absolutely loved our time. Chai the dog was a bonus accompanied us on a long walk like we owned him!
