The remote for the fans in the rooms all used the same frequency so that made it tricky to control. Also no USB port in the rooms. You need a plug

I loved the quiet location and the view of the jungle. The gardens and grounds of the hotel were superb. Like a tropical paradise. The staff remembered all the guests names and treated us with kindness and care.

I had no issues myself , but because we had the last Vila right above the river , it was noisy all the time and this might be an issue for some guests.

Amazing property with maxing staff all around. Definitely I ll be back.

Some parts of the villa is worn out , the pool wasnt that clean , the AC was good but one isn’t sufficient for the whole villa i woke up drenched in sweat a couple of days.

I liked the style the location the service , i liked the attention to detail.

There was a ramp on the way to the lobby that was dangerously slippery, and we felt we had to always request extra water and towels frequently, but those are minor compared to the many great things

Restaurant, SPA (though the therapists were the best I experienced in Bali), villa size, and villa design. You would expect a lot more from a 5 star in Bali costing almost USD450 a night

Staff / people. A great service and deep desire to serve. My stay didn’t get off to a good start. But the manageress did everything possible to put the experience right, and she succeed to a large degree. The jungle is all around - 360 degrees. This isn’t the case in many properties in Ubud.

The only thing we'd change about our stay was the initial night Balinese BBQ - we probably didn't get value for money here with variety, vs what we could have just ordered ala carte - the restaurant menu is really good on it's own and the dancers were great. I wish there were more yoga classes for guests.. that yoga deck is something else and unfortunately there wasn't a group class during our stay.

The staff were just wonderful, we felt so taken care of for the entirety of our stay. The location is great to escape the hustle and bustle of Ubud, a really really serene place, honestly at night it felt like we were sleeping in a sound machine soundscape of forest tranquillity! Air con was superb. The pool was gorgeous in our villa, the breakfasts and all food was delicious, great variety, just wonderful service served in our room.. just get curry for breakfast, you're on holiday! Cleaners were great, just, everything we wanted for a relaxing honeymoon. PLUS! I didn't get bitten once by mosquitos here and I am normally a collector of bites! We enjoyed all the nature on our doorstep - birds, lizards, geckos and massive butterflies at Natya and had some gorgeous massages. Oh, and the grounds are so beautifully taken care of, healthy luscious plants as far as the eye can see and unspoilt views of the forest - a real rarity in Ubud! Just book it. You won't regret it.

I had an exceptional stay at Natya Resort Ubud! The warm welcome, stunning natural surroundings, and impeccable service made my vacation unforgettable. The villa with private pool was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with a breathtaking view of the forest. The restaurant offered delicious cuisine with a wide variety of dishes, and the restaurant staff was always attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure a perfect dining experience. The spa team — the girls were incredibly skilled, approachable, and made every treatment a true moment of relaxation. The staff was always attentive and ready to help.
