There is no free activity. We have to pay to paint, to play snooker, kids club and the kids club is just for small kid. On a rainy day, there is a lack of entertainment.

The sea water was full of tar. And beach a little dirty. Staff should tell guests to be careful.

Drinks were a bit expensive, and in off season certain amenities weren’t open such as the pool bar. Was very quiet at the time so it’s hard to do activities that require more than 2 persons such as the banana boat.

Everything was great.

Lovely resort; the rooms are spacious and nice, everything is clean, the pool is nice and all the bars/restaurants are lovely. Good value for money and very friendly staff.

Looked like it comes from the early 90s and could use a renovation, the gym area is very sad. Price to value was on the pricey side by far - ie: 6$ for a bottle of water is ridiculous.

Liked that it had a great pool area - and lovely amenities such as good restaurants and wonderful service.

1.5 hours to local Bintan attractions and businesses

On a private beach! Beautiful scenery. Gorgeous pool. Lots of activities. Excellent service!

The main lobby is very hot, even on a rainy day. Missing some big celling fans to cool the place down. And for handicapped people there are not enough elevators and ramps available.

The property offers lots of activities and food outlets. And all can be reached by easy-to-get shuttle services. Even a rainy day doesn't need to be boring since lots of things to do are offered. Not for free, but at a reasonable price point. And all the staff is actually very friendly.

Aircon seems to be a bit warm and food pricy.

The resort was self contained. You had everything you needed there. Just stay and enjoy.

Though the seafood at Kelong Seafood Restaurant was fresh, however it was on the pricey end.

The staff have provided an excellent service in explaining and sharing about the local attractions. Room was spacious and clean. Bottled water was also provided, to keep us hydrated. Shuttle bus services was provided to bring us around the resort.

Hotel Guest Service for booking taxis for day tours is bad. They want to charge for big car and ended up showing small car which by right, should be cheaper. They dont want to change the price. We cancelled the trip from Hotel.

Overall is okay. In terms of facilities, transport and restaurants.

Perfect spot. Beautiful beach. Great pools. The breakfast was certainly ok. Lot of variation. Fresh produce and great variety of bread and pastries. The lunch/dinner menu too “european” (pasta, fries, pizza). Very little Indonesian food. Could have much more on the menu of that. Their Satay, however, was excellent! (Lunch menu)

The food was a little disappointing. The chicken at breakfast was severely overcooked every time. The pool bar food was pretty bad and the pizzas were really poor. However we always had great food at Spice! If only everything was up to that standard!

Lovely staff, beautiful surroundings, quality hotel. The staff really stood out in every interaction we had. We all really felt so welcome and looked after.

Nice and smiling staff. Large resort site and beautiful buildings and villas with beautiful landscape. Clean and spacious room. Long paths along the rainforest and beach are good for walking after heavy breakfast. Private beach has silky white sands and is very clean. Sea water is very warm and good for swimming. Only a few people on the beach. I visited on weekdays and I was the only person on such a long beach (30 minute walk from one end to the othre end). Close to the ferry terminal and the shuttle bus service is convenient....Highly recommended

Lack of soundproofing.

Slightly dated, but could see renovations going on, so there is maintenance.

I wish the food was a little better (less western, more Iocal offerings). The food and drink were also quite expensive for Indonesia.

The staff were really friendly and the hospitality was top notch. The hotel was a short ride from the ferry and there is a bus waiting to pick you up. While the accommodations are very basic, it matches the price tag, and the grounds/beach are very nice. I had an incredibly relaxing stay at Nirwana.
