We really enjoyed our stay, the staff was friendly and helped us arrange trips. The facilities were perfect for families with kids. They had a nice kids club where you could hide during the heat and even offered a babysitting service. The pools were amazing, and there was a great variety - good for swimming, good for kids to play in, and there was also a pool bar. It is right on the beach side. The currents and waves were a bit strong for a young child, but we saw turtles swimming in the water, which was very special. The room was spacious but a bit run down. Overall, it was a great place, and we would love to come back.

It was very expensive for the relatively basic overall experience. The place is a bit older and it shows as the rooms have some signs of aging including a bit of black mold in places. The restaurant is also very expensive relative to what you can find in town even at the nice places.

Loved the beachside location, even though swimming is only mediocre when tide is up. The extra amenities for kids like the ping pong table, volleyball area, kids zone, soccer area etc were fantastic. The breakfast buffet was really good. The people were friendly. Overall generally clean.

Getting a bit old in the tooth, but still hanging on.

Had a villa overlooking the beach, great spot, low season and brilliantly quiet. We loved it. Getting slightly old in the tooth now, but has great staff, who have seen it all, appreciate your needs. Big shout out for Pak Herman, who will wish you off and pick you up from the key restaurants.

Not much activities within the resort. Would be nice to have a pool table and other fun games. Pool was a bit small in comparison to other hotels we stayed at in Bali. Laundry was quite pricey. Paid almost $80 for a bag of laundry.

We like that it's right on the beach and the design feels like we were in a Mayan/Aztec place. Very atmospheric and quiet. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The beach is not great at all. You swim between plastic bottles and other garbages sadly. The hotel restaurant is pricey and doesn't has so much variety of meals.

AC is not powerful enough for the room. trash on the beach. This was once a pristine area, but now there’s a racetrack next door and new development everywhere. Very sad to see the destruction of this area.

Probably I was unlucky during my visit since there were a lot of seaweed at the beach which will not make you feel comfortable to swim at the front beach. Luckily there is a backup beach at Bukit Seger. The village seller keep pushing you to buy their things while you are resting infront of the beach

I mistakenly left my handphone during breakfast and they kept it safely for me. 4. A of garden, patio, beach, sun-lounger, cushion at the beach for you to rest and watch sun set in the evening 5. Guests can have canoeing activity by paying RP100K per hour at the beach

Location required scooter rental or transport ($5AU each way to Kuta Town) to get to other restaurants and with 21% tax added onto all meals and drinks then your tab quickly adds up. Breakfast buffet had lots of options but food was only ok. Omelette station was excellent!

Staff were amazing and so were the resort gardens. Sunsets with cocktails were unforgettable. Staff went above and beyond to make our anniversary stay very special! We stayed here for 6 nights and would definitely stay again..

There were mosquitoes in our room and no insect spray available. There was a big group gathering who were exceptionally noisy at 11 am and 2am on the same evening. The pillows were too high.

Breakfast was good. Staff are very professional and friendly. Beach at the hotel is nice and we were able to swim there but usually we went to other beaches and explored the island. Given the heat it is a bit far to walk to the town of Kuta, but for the price of 50K IDR one way you can get a drive there, or there are mopeds to rent in town at reasonable price.

No restaurant walking distance from the hotel. So you either eat at the hotel or rent a car/motorbike to go somewhere else. The bedroom is to dark
