No aircon/very less fans in the restaurant area. Hard to eat in there. Also, the aircon wasn't properly working in my room which was fixed after requesting

The bathroom was a bit tired. Shower in the bathtub not such a great layout. Sofa beds not that comfortable.

Staff very friendly and helpful. The grounds and pool area were immaculate and clean. Easy to get transport outside the resort. Beach was nice and clean and easy to access via hotel shuttle.

Whilst it is only a 3 minute shuttle ride to their beach and small beach club or a 10 minute walk, there are other resorts next door with pools, eating areas etc overlooking the beach. It was difficult at times to find seats together around the pool for a family of 5. It would have been nice for the staff to walk around the pool a little more often and ask for drink orders etc.

Staff were wonderful. Always smiling and helpful. Buffet Breakfast was excellent - Plentiful and lots of options. Pool area was great. Rooms were comfortable. Very short walk to exit the nusa dua area and back to the regular bali streets, shops, restaurants etc.

Property is old need up gradation, beds were not comfy at all. Bfast and staff were very humble. Rating is purely towards the property.

The resort fees quite old and dated and can do with a nice renovation or uplift. The kids club is OK but not the best we've used and can be improved. The room balconies are not very private and can overlook other guests balconies plus there was construction noise when we stayed.

The Novotel Nusa Dua is a lovely resort and had all the amenities and service this resort chain has to offer! The daily buffet breakfast was the highlight with unlimited choices and the two pools are big and warm. The resort is not located beach front but there is a free shuttle van every 10 mins to take you to the beach. The resort is conveniently located and within walking distance from the local shops, restaurants and the mall! We stayed in a One Bedroom Suite which was spacious and had a huge balcony. Great place for families!

The resort was not a beachfront resort as we expected. The accommodation is getting a little old. There was a constant disgusting sewerage smell outside our room. Balcony side.

The family suite that we were in was a very good size for the 5 of us.

Great value for money, beautiful grounds/pool and friendly staff. Rooms were big. Only downside was the shower/bath combo. NB 1 bedroom allows for 4 ppl in the booking, but it only has one bed so you either need to pay for extra beds for older kids or byo.

No negative comments about the property, but it was a bit of a shame that when someone in the unit above smoked on their balcony it filled up our pool and gazebo area with smoke. Also the kitchenette could be better stocked with kitchen utensils/cutlery/crockery. But I appreciate that most people probably don’t cook much!

The 3 bedroom Villa with pool was very spacious and perfect for our needs. The main pool and grounds were great and we’ll kept.
