It’s quite far from the centre, you’ll need to rent a bike if you are staying for a few days.

Clean and modern rooms, good aircon, tv and facilities, there are water dispensers in different points, very convenient. Nice staff!

Swimming pools could have been maintained in a better way.

I had a pleasant stay in Jambaluwuk Oceano. All the facilities were good and clean except for the swimming pool. All the staff were welcoming and humble.

The location was fair from the pier or buzz of Gilli T, which made cycling home tricky. We rented bikes from hotel on day 1. Be careful about renting bikes for some reason the hotel would not let us rent their own bikes after 5pm two night in a row which meant we had to rent from outside businesses.

Staff were really nice and friendly always trying to help us out. Facilities were great especially the back pool and the reception organized our snorkelling activity. Also movie nights, nice food for dinner and drinks. Always felt safe and comfortable.

It cost $15- $20 every time you need to go to town. Tgat added up. It was a long way to cycle or walk in the heat. The food needed improvement and the cocktails were expensive comparatively to other places.

The beach was not ideal for swimming/snorkeling as per advertised. Water shoes necessary due to coral. The front pool and deck area was not as clean as the back pool.

Very spacious, clean and comfortable room. Breakfast was very good. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location for walking the island and enjoying the sunsets.

It was super, on the beach. Breakfast views were breathtaking. Loved the swing. Loved the entire arrangements of the resort. Even had umbrellas that were huge. Has a cycle rent as well

1. Every night there was a big animal on the roof of our room that was probably hunting. And it made a lot of noise so we couldn't sleep well during all our stay. Staff couldn't do anything with that 2. A lot of noisy and drunk europeans. They just occupied the pool and had all the alcohol in the pool instead of going outside. Staff didn't react.. I think it was because of the New Year time 3. Poor breakfasts 4. Staff needs to be more educated and service should be better for that price

False advertising as there is no kayak. They overcharge for rental bikes which is cheaper anywhere else on the island. Also the rental bikes are in a poor condition with me needing to change them thrice. Location proximity to main harbor and access to the hotel is very difficult. The horse and carriage people are very opportunistic when wanting to drop off and significantly overcharge. Staff are also unable to arrange for a horse back to the harbor timously with us cutting it very close when needing to leave on our fast boat. They only arranged after we made a formal complaint with the manager who made alot of excuses. There is also an inability for the hotel to charge the restaurant or bar expenses to your room and you need to pay for every transaction. This is extremely frustrating, and it inconveniences and wastes valuable holiday time.
