The breakfast options could be improved as well as the quality of the ingredients . Also, some minor details could upgrade the experience, like more towels, bathrobes, and toothpaste for all guests could really enhance the stay.

It was very spacious, nice aesthetic, clean and the staff really friendly. The location also is really good. It’s is a value for money option.

Probably just needs some fresh linen. It looks like it’s been around for a while. Also it would be nice to be able to have a door on the stairwell to lock even though the rooms lock as a family it would have been better to lock a door from the stairs. I’d probably also say it’s better to either have access to driver or scooter as it is out of canngu, however that’s also a bonus being outside of canngu as a friend got stuck for three hours one night going 15km. Canngu as a whole isn’t the most pedestrian friendly. I would absolutely stay again though.

The villa itself felt somewhat dated and could benefit from some updates. A significant limitation was the lack of air conditioning in the living room, which restricted comfortable use of the common areas during hot days. While there are nearby eateries, a wider variety of options requires a short drive of 2-3 kilometers.

The service and staff at this villa were truly exceptional, consistently going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. We also greatly appreciated the spaciousness and cleanliness of the villa, providing a comfortable and welcoming environment. The presence of cafes and food outlets within easy walking distance added a degree of convenience to the location..

Location was a bit out of the way, but you can easily get to places with Gojek/Grab (ensure you download apps and sign up before you arrive to Bali). Bed was on the hard side, i did struggle a bit with sleep but it didn't stop me from enjoying my holiday. Atm was a mission to get to, nearest atm did not work for us and then the next one after that was not working at all. We caught a grab to the nearest BNI bank to withdraw money.

To be honest, we were blown away as soon as we walked in. Photos do not do it justice. It is spacious, pool was big and clean and so was the rest of villa. It was a 2 story villa with the 3rd flight of stairs leading to the roof. Breakfast was good - not many options to choose from but it was still good. Room and bathroom was so spacious and clean. Staff always had a smile on their face and happy to help. They had filtered drinking water which was very handy.

Staff where all lovely. Staying here was a bit away from places like markets etc but had marts and a beautiful spot we ate at most nights. Having your own swim pool was very convenient for the kids. Breaky was always lovely and beautifully displayed. Thank you for having us stay. We hope to visit again soon.

The villa is massive.. plenty of space on 2 levels.. the pool was divine and clean. The staff were super friendly and helpful and non invasive . The breakfast was plenty.I would highly recommend staying there .

The property needs a refresher overall - we stayed during rainy season and it was leaking in multiple places. Additionally, you could just feel that the property was very nice good 10-15 years ago, but a lot of wear and tear has happened since then. The WiFi was bad - the connection got interrupted literally every 60 seconds for some reason. Speed was good, but hard to do any work when it disconnects every minute.

A lot of space! A rooftop access with each villa having a nice private space. Breakfast was good and the staff were very kind. The bathroom in the master bedroom was massive with a bathtub and a shower. Overall a good location with a bakery and an organic shop nearby.

The villas is very beautiful with private pool. My kids love if so much. The place is very clean and well keep. I am very puzzle with some review that say bad things about this place. Maybe they are too fussy or have bad intention. For us, we love it so much. We have been to many hotel in other countries, and this villa is one of the best. The staff is helpful and friendly. The place is in a quiet area with lots of restaurant. The only thing is we should book more than 3 days stay. It so nice here.

Lack of air con downstairs, we had to request pool towels and bath towels as there were only 2 despite the booking being for 5 people. The air conditioner in the main bedroom is above the bed and drips on the bed - wasn't great. A map of the local area with places to eat/mini marts would be a great addition! I didn't realise Canguu was still a 15 minute drive away, and we couldn't comfortably walk there, so knowing what was around where we were staying would have helped.

Bedrooms were spacious, bathroom was huge. Living area was big, although no air con downstairs meant we didn't really use this space. The local driver Adi was fabulous! Highly recommend!
