Have you ever went on a trip and always very looking forward to go back to your hotel room by the end of the day? Thats how i feel about this hotel! It made me feel like at home! If i can stay in for the entire stay i would have. During our stay it happened that one of the day is my daughter’s birthday, they actually made our room, providing decos, a kid tent, and a cake for her, my daughter is so happy! And happy kid equals to happy parents. Everyone is so nice and polite and kind and helpful. Their service is top notch! 10/10 i would come back here if i’m visiting Jakarta again

Hotel hidden behind a narrow lane. Some taxi or Grab drivers cannot find.

We absolutely loved everything about our stay at Parkroyal Jakarta! Our apartment was on the 76th floor with breathtaking views, perfectly furnished, and equipped with 2 spacious bedrooms and 2 modern bathrooms. Everything was spotless and felt like home. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We will definitely be coming back!

Checkin was at 3:30pm, instead of informed checkin at 3pm. When we enter the room, the extra bed we ordered was not available yet. We booked for twin bed room,but got a double bed room. It was okay, because we had girls night . But it would be great if we got the room as we ordered.

Great location, great apartment, very clean, complete kitchen and utensils, even waching machine. The bed is very comfortable. Everything exceeded my expectations. Due to late check in, we asked if we could checkout late, and they gave us permission. We got the chance to swim, the pool is great too.

The breakast options are mostly local. The rent fee is high. I think it needs to be reconsidered.

Everything is great about the hotel. The staff are helpful and responsive. The service is outstanding. The location could'nt be better. Grand Indonesa Shopping Mall is less than 10 minitues walk. There are many stores , restuarants , coffee shops in the same tower

Breakfast variety was limited. I liked that jamu was offered, though. Some of the lighting in the bedroom wasn’t properly functioning and couldnt be turned off - even without the card inserted.

The suites were spacious and had relaxing vibes. Easy to wind down after a long day. The staff was hospitable and accomodating. Location was great but e-ride hailing often got lost trying to pick us up.
