Breakfast preordering is a horrible thing to do. The space is not used well so many things could be done in that big place for entertainment. Lunch menu is basic, food is basic, taste is ok but nothing spectacular. Orange juice is watery even without ice. Many flies on the tables nothing is done to prevent them. Many mistake by the waiters, but they are friendly.

Everything about this place is amazing starting with their welcome drink. Maria and the entire staff was very courteous. They ensured our 2 night stay was very relaxing. The room itself was prepared so beautifully and it just made us feel relaxed the very moment we entered. Their menu is great and the breakfast is served on the beachside/ pool side.

very little. there are few mosquittos on the island versus elsewhere. the toilet is accessed from outside in a cool outdoor bathroom but i'd have preferred it was off the bedroom

rooms are flawless, very in keeping, well thought out and up to a very high standard. the grounds are calm and uncrowded, set back from everything. we loved breakfast on the beach. spent a whole afternoon drinking rose on the beach under a tree

Dinner is a bit pricey at the hotel but the quality was very good.

we saw this property while biking and feel the need to cancel our hotel and book a stay at Pondok Santi. it was amazing, from check-in to every moment we spent there. the room and bathroom was a dream, the staff is beyond nice, we felt super special as I guess everyone felt the same. nice restaurant, great fish, and a sort of beach club, with cabanas and nice piece of beach.

We have stayed in these amazing hotel every our trip to Gili during 3 years , everything started from the people working there and hotel structure is on highest level , we have a wedding ceremony, it was unforgettable experience

The location of the villa is not entirely close to the sea, byt close enough within walking distance.

The staff were amazing, always attentive and on hand to attend to our needs. They even decorated our bed for our anniversary! Turn down service was also a nice touch too.

The boat trip to and from Gili T, crowded and messy but this has nothing to do with the property. I hope I will be able to visit again.

The property was the perfect choice for me in Gili T. The island has more of a relaxed and young vibe, while the resort offered more privacy and tranquility, what I wanted. The people that work there are dedicated to making your stay one to remember, they know your name and are very friendly and genuine. The room was absolutely amazing, with all the amenities that you could need, lots of space and a nice sitting area outside where you could enjoy breakfast while looking at the estate, an oasis of beauty and peace. The food is very tasty, the breakfast options varied enough. The outdoor bathroom was one of the best things for me with sun lounges and a small garden. The Aloe Vera in the bathroom was a great extra touch. Right across the street from the estate is the beach where you could order drinks or food from the property. I've read a lot of reviews from people saying that the Gili T sunsets are amazing and they were absolutely right. I did not miss one, during my stay as they were magical. One of the best places I have ever stayed in.

The staff is incredibly nice and helpful, and the facilities and rooms are excellent. The park-like setting is quite unique on Gili T and the whole place is so relaxing. We loved the breakfast on the beachfront too!

Best hotel on the island, by far! We had a great stay at the Pondok Santi Hotel which is a peaceful heaven in Gili T. Everything was really nice, including the food (excellent fish and pizzas!), the bungalows (and its external bathroom!), breakfast on the beautiful private beach, and of course the amazing staff!! If you have a chance, try the private yoga class and the 4hrs snorkelling trip on the most beautiful boat! Amazing memories! Can’t wait to come back!

The outdoor showers, when it is windy they do you provide any privacy.

(1) The telephone number provided by the hotel to Booking.com is wrong. It should be updated. (2) Customers should be advised by the hotel IN ADVANCE on how to get there - boat companies, horse carts, etc. The hotel should provide a complimentary pickup service for its customers at the Gili harbour. (3) Customers should be given a better explanation of how the à la carte breakfast is prepared and served. They should be informed by the that they may have a second coffee if so they want to.

(1) The staff - very nice and helpful, especially those in charge of the pool bar, of the beach breakfast service, and the massage (the massage ladies are wonderful). (2) The food - ALL dishes are deliciously prepared and served (and are big!). No need to go anywhere else for lunch or dinner. (3) The room - large, clean, and spacious, with the bathroom outside in the typical Balinese style (the aloe vera dispenser is just WONDERFUL). (4) The pool - nice and clean, with a bar very well stocked and served. (5) The breakfast by the beach - exclusive and with a wonderful view.

The phone in the room rang at 5am, some error I guess but wasn't pleasant to wake up because of the beeping sound.

Breakfast by the beach, nice pool bar, the food (dinner) was delicious! Friendly staff. Nice garden, with chill vibes. We could see partly the sunset from the room.
