I had requested ground floor rooms and were not given them initially but on checking rooms before registration staff were able to find other suitable rooms.

Buffet breakfast was great..lots of choices. Great beachfront location and close to many eateries. Main pool and Splash pool were lovely. Water was perfect temperature. Always able to get a seat and plenty of beachfront seats also.

The hotel room and bathroom was in need of repair and very outdated, so I wouldn’t class this hotel as 5 star. The towels had lots of old stains on them and the pool towels were the same. The food and drink were expensive and a glass of Bali wine was around $13 with tax and service fee added.

The breakfast was great with lots of choices and friendly staff.

I found it very large and it took me awhile to find my way around. Example I did not know where there was an elevator until The day I left!

Accessible for the fiber tour I was o also close to a yoga studio which I enjoy. I loved the ocean swimming

Our room faced the convention centre/kids play room, so the view was ordinary but the motor noise from a/c or refrigeration was very noisy so couldn't sit on the balcony or leave the door open.

A well maintained hotel, but it is dated. Brachfront location, pools and entertaining right on the beach for free! The room I chose was ocean front but happily it had a massive balcony looking out to sea. Sanu shopping is not as good as other parts of Bali making Sanur very quiet. Not the place to stay if you are looking for wild. If you want quiet beach vibes this us the place to stay.

Run down. Room a Little Cleaner after we supervised housekeeping to actually clean our room - it was quite unacceptable when we moved in - and that in a 5star rated property. Pillows were neckbreakers - best bring your own….. We occupied 3 rooms - same scenario in all 3 - needs a serious work over.

Good location and pool/beach area. Typically lovely staff. All in all pleasant.

I don’t understand why hotels like this have to overcharge for food and drink, especially when you have so many restaurants on the doorstep.

The pool was amazing, perfect for us as a family. Breakfast started the day brilliantly, with a wide selection of local and international cuisine. Great location to explore Sanur.

Lift/Elevator failed to work for 2 days which made it extremely difficult to get up and down from the 3rd floor. We were not offered a room change or even a drink or discount for the inconvenience, just tough luck. Drink prices at the Pool Bar were very expensive $12.50Aud for a Vodka and Sprite I didn’t pay this anywhere else in Bali. Difficulty for short people to get on the Pool Bar Stools. No storage space in the room for putting folded clothes. Needed a shelving system in the wardrobe what was there was difficult to use because of the angle it is on. Would have loved a bigger fridge, I think with the price of our room it would have been included. 2 days in a row we didn’t have towels replaced on the cleaning of our room due to “towel shortage”.. And better quality of the towels I think for the price again of our room was expected. Ours were rough and grey not fluffy and white. Breakfast - Egg and Pancake station was great but diced bacon should have been included on the omelette fillings. Juice bar whilst the juice was nice it was hot and needed an ice bucket or refrigerated dispenser. Every day the Bacon ran out.

Beach was beautiful Pool was great and loved that it was a cool pool and not hot like our previous hotel was. Air con worked well Fridge worked well but I would have like it bigger Check in Check out was easy. Young Porter at the Door previously from Blu Zea gave us exceptional service and we could tell he came from Blu Zea before coming to Prama to work because of his friendliness yet efficient service which we experienced from all staff at Blu Zea. Hotel The resort is The beach is very clean and fantastic. However, the jet skiing is extremely annoying when there are 4-5 jet skis and you can hardly catch your breath on the beach, it smells of exhaust fumes. We had booked a deluxe room but unfortunately we got one on the first floor as the high ceilings were musty. After a consultation with the reception, we were allowed to move to the third floor the next day where everything was very good. very nice room great view.

Hotel The resort is in a great location. It is very nice that there are two separate pools for children and adults, so there is more peace and quiet at the pool. The beach is very clean and fantastic. The rooms are very well cleaned very good beds you can sleep very well. The restaurants are also varied and very good.

Nice large rooms, nice beds, nice location very nice and helpful staff. Good location, lots of nice bars and restaurants near by. Pools are great. Near some really good surf spots. Food was good. Markets near by. Safe money change ATM near by . Nice boardwalk to see different bits

Is the property a bit old and tired? Yes. They were doing some renovations and little updates while we were there but for a property that big it will take a while (and a considerable amount of money) for a complete makeover so I would not be expecting that any time soon. And yet, we found that what we got was a good deal for what we paid - some people may argue it is not a 5 star hotel but the price wasn't either so I guess we were not surprised. Everything was still functional and clean and did not spoil our stay there at all. Only thing I did not like in our room was the smell of smoke which sometimes was intense -i think it was possibly coming from the Aircon? But we are also aware that in Bali smoking is still permitted everywhere, while where we come from (Australia) that's not the case and so it's quite a striking difference for us.

Our room (deluxe garden room) was spacious and clean. The location of the resort is great, right in front of the beach and with the beautiful bike/pedestrian path at your door step. There's a lovely playground just a few metres away which was a great alternative for our son when he was done with swimming. The kids pool was awesome and very entertaining for all the kids. Breakfast was good, with decent variety of food. Accessing Sanur village is also very easy if you are wanting to try some local restaurants/shops. Kids club was pretty good for my son (3yo) particularly to entertain him during the hottest hours of the day. Staff was very nice and always ready to help.

We did have continual trouble with our room key not working, although each time to staff were super helpful in having this rectified and did offer to move us to a new room if we would prefer.

We enjoyed our stay at Prama Sanur Beach. There was a large group of us there to celebrate a birthday and we all had comfortable rooms and were able to hang out together throughout our stay. The location on the beach was lovely and close to many restaurants which was fabulous. The staff were wonderful, always smiling and eager to make our stay the best it could be. The children in our group aged between 1-11 all loved the kids pool with slides. Rooms were a little dated, but clean and comfortable. Our request of interconnecting rooms was met for all families who required it which was amazing. Price was very reasonable. Was not too busy when we were there, late March, easily found sun lounges daily, breakfast was calm and relaxing and it all felt very relaxed.

One lot of house keeping was not up to standard. Dirty cups left behind and towels left on bathroom floor. The sheets also didn't seem to fit the bed??

Location and facilities were great. One house keeper was exceptional but I failed to grab his name. Cinta really helped our large group stay hydrated at the bar. She was the best and the kids loved her roller blades

The whole place was just a bit tired in general. The shower and cubical could do with de-scaling. The pool had green and black mould growing on the tiles and the pool towels were shoddy and ripped and need replacing.

The staff were amazing and the location ,facilities and food were all great.

Bathroom was quite small and could have been cleaner. Rooms themselves are a bit dated, could do with some TLC, but they are still excellent value considering the location.

Beautiful resort grounds with amazing pool and private beach access. The included breakfast was yummy and the staff were great.
