Wonderful staff - from reception to gardeners, everyone so friendly. Beautiful gardens, lovely pool and very peaceful. The breakfast was excellent and served with a smile every morning. Short walk to the main road.

Nothing. If I had to mention some potential improvements, it would be the breakfast choice that could be a bit bigger. Also, for the biggest room, it's a bit implied that it would have a private porch, which it doesn't. The porch is shared with other guests. We did not expect this, looking at the booking.

My wife, baby daughter Juna and I had such a pleasant time at Sanur house. The location, the spacious room, the beautiful garden, the positive vibe and the super friendly, kind and always interested staff. We enjoyed hanging out at the hotel during our stay and having small talk. No questions were ever too much for the staff either. Our daughter adored them. We cancelled our stay somewhere else and booked an additional stay at Sanur House. Straight 10 out of 10.

The rooms were a bit small and dark. We had an extra bed put in though, so it tightened things up a bit.

Breakfast was fantastic, the pool area was nice, the location was great --- slightly off the main area but close enough. I would stay here again.

The villa is really nice. The pool area and the garden are just heaven. The staff is really friendly and helpful. Would definitely choose again for a stay in Sanur. Close to main road with restaurants and shops, beach as well, but still away from the noise.

Nothing to improve upon it was honestly perfect.

oh my gosh stay here. The beds were so comfortable. The pool was stunning and has these little areas you can sit that seem so private because of the flower vines. The breakfast is perfect - I have never tasted mushrooms that flavorsome. The cactus and succulents and the garden in general were absolutely spectacular. Sanur house is like an oasis, you walk in and your transported somewhere else. We stayed here on new years and when the fireworks went off I just popped out my room and watched them in the sky. Staff were amazing and very accommodating. Looked after our luggage as long as we needed. I would definitely stay here again!!

Perhaps a bigger selection of drinks around the pool.

The very warm welcome from the staff particularly Princess "Santi" and Ketut. We arrived as a party of four as my daughter and grandson had to fly back to Australia later that day - but Santi and Ketut remembered all our names and allowed my daughter and grandson the full use of all facilities, including the pool for the day. The hotel is in a quiet location but superbly so close to the main shopping street. In a lovely setting with beautiful gardens, clean and, of course, a very friendly and welcoming staff. We would be more than happy to recommend this lovely residence and will definitely be going back.
