Not tragic, but some stuff member looks to be placing himself above others, and adresses the guests with too much familiarity. The working personnel shouldn’t emphasize his superiority over others, especially by showing off…

The staff were exceptional! We were welcomed warmly on our first visit and like long-lost family when we returned for a night following a short trip to Gili Air. Everyone from reception to housekeeping, dining room to pool and gym were very friendly, kind and helpful. It was a joy to stay and a pity of leave. Our room was large and the bed was comfortable. A/c and wifi worked well. The breakfast buffet was generous and offered a wide range of national and international food. The menu varied each day.

The property is not near a large range of restaurants. A few minor niggles over broken gym equipment and lack of proper pool loungers - the bean bags simple do not suffice.

Great hotel. Breakfast super: indonesian, european, many choices. Good rooms, quiet and good for day tours. The hotel offets as well as transport. Located in a big avenue, but isolated of any atraction.. Islamic center and big mosque very close. Espectacular views from rooftop

Excellent location in the centre right next to the main mosque. Comfortable and clean rooms, great infinity pool with views of the city. Breakfast had decent selection of Indonesian food. Parking available underneath hotel free of charge.

Bidet leaking is the only thing I can really critique if I was to really nitpick but wasn’t really an issue.

Not a typical place where we would normally stay when visiting Lombok, however because some health issues we decided to book this accommodation, which is in the center of civilization. The hotel is very european-style, clean, great location (for staying in the city), nice rooftop pool, fast room service, highly recommended!

I was missing more varieties of food at breakfast, but it still was amazing - a lot of local meals, fruit, desserts:)

Close to the immigration office and the islamic centre. Roof top pool is great.

The breakfast buffet is extensive but understandably few western foods offered.

What a wonderful hotel. From the moment we arrived nothing was too much trouble. Beautifully clean rooms with comfy beds and perfect internet. Roof top pool and gym. The breakfast and all our meals were tasty and fresh. Thank you to all the staff for a fabulous stay.
