The hotel has a great location just in front of the beach and the food they serve is tasty. Moreover, they have a very helpful staff, especially Andinni, the manager.

Would have spent more money on drinks & food has it not been so expensive. Suggest lowering prices which would keep guests using the facilities at the hotel.

The smell of the bathroom in our room. Nothing could fix it and was really disappointing. Whole place needs some maintenance and a good coat of paint. Guess after covid this will happen but the hotel is big enough they could start at one side and work through. For the price you are paying it needs to lift it's appearance.

Breakfast was good - good selection well placed out. Room was a little shabby - the furniture has dents and scratches and the bathroom had a horrible smell in it constantly. Pool was great - nice and big although some maintenance is required as tiles falling off.

The rooms are a little dated but not enough to be too much of a concern.

Rooftop adults only pool was amazing and had great sunset views. Despite the size of the hotel it wasn’t that busy at the pool. Breakfast had great variety. Location is excellent.

Booked room via Booking.com for 2 adults and 2 children in a suite. this implies bedding for 4 pax but on arrival we were told room had one bed only and a lounge that could be made up as a bed. Not ok. thats only 3 pax. It did say only one bed on the booking confirmation AFTER we booked but too late then and I assumed that because the kids were added to the booking that extra temp bedding would be provided. Asked for rollaway bed but told had to pay circa AU$50 per night. Then told kids club out of action as well. 4 pax in a suite and kids club were our reasons for booking! Eventually manager provided extra bed at no cost but only because kids club was out of service. If I book for 4 pax bedding should be provided for 4 pax. this is misleading and changes the value proposition and we would have booked elsewhere knowing this in advance. Otherwise an excellent stay with great staff and facilities but disappointing arrival experience.

Greatly appreciated the late checkout that was granted on our day of departure which allowed us to spend less time at the airport and more time enjoying our last day in Bali. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast buffet was good with a variety of food options. Suite was nice with a great view of the ocean and infinity pool which is complete with DJ and bar. unfortunately it doesn't allow children, and due to other timing we were unable to visit. The hotel is not new and its been face-lifted a few times but cant hide its age in some places (electrical outlets, tiles in places, room repairs etc.). Typical Bali stuff to be fair and neither bad or a showstopper. Just dont go there expecting everything to be brand spanking new and you wont be disappointed.

Ask for a renovated room we moved for our last night and were put in a suite not yet renovated it was not to standard once raised with management they solved immediately

It was in a good central location the infinity pool was fantastic the breakfast was extensive the staff were fantastic

Because new years eve dinner fully booked, no food available within the hotel...except in room dining. Seems that guests were given welcome drinks, but nothing offered to us.

Breakfast is overpriced. Some aspects of the room and buildings are a little tired.

Spacious rooms. Well maintained outdoor areas and very friendly staff. The infinity pool and lounges were great.
