They upgraded the rooms i book to cottages near the pool , and the view from the pool is so beautiful. It is definitely one of the best stay i have had. One of the manager (i suppose) promptly help us when we have a small problem with the jetspray in the bathroom.

Breakfast buffet, coffee station , Pool to be opened longer to soak up that beautiful view and after a long day of tours , No menus or guides in the room, first hotel ever for me. And no room. Service menu. Fridge was horrible in smell it had tried to be masked with something but it didn't work.

The room was beautiful, though we got upgraded and paid for it so it wasn't ready a vade of stagnant water sat for 3 days before plant was put in it on the bathroom , But Apart from that best location and view of a room we have ever stayed in. We recently stayed in a 4 star in kuta and barely left the hotel as the restaurant was affordable , spa facilities affordable to have more then one treatment, and pool was open to 10pm, I feel if you you did that you would see an increase in spendings

The view was stunning. Was so nice to enjoy our meals right on the water. The kids enjoyed the large pool as well as mini golf. Room was spacious and clean. Staff were lovely.

Many kids were trying to dive into the pool, and it looked bit dangerous but nobody from the pool restrict that even there was several staffs around pool area. There were cracks in the doors and windows, allowing a lot of bugs to come into the room. We ordered some food from the pool restaurant and it took too long time to get the food (around 50 minutes) even there were not many customers.

I liked the silent mood of the resort and peaceful sunset time watching the ocean. I booked a deluxe room and the room has enough space for 2 persons.

Well, our rooms are located on the third floor, and it has only stairs. There is no Lift or elevator in the hotel. The is an abration of the beach, but you can still do the sun bathing on the bench. You can walk alongside the beach next to the hotel.

The pool is good, the breakfast is also typical hotel, but the waiter was very friendly and let us in for a very late breakfast. Even it was a closing time already, but he let us in and have our breakfast. Thanks

Only thing we had a problem with was mosquitoes in our room , even though the staff put a plug in mosquito device in our room , it didn’t get rid of them

Bar prices were a little expensive, and there's no beach access but you should know that already...

Immaculate ground, staff were extremely friendly. We took a look around other hotels after walking through Candidasa, this one seemed the best all round. Not as far to walk into town as other reviewers made us think (it's an easy walk)

The pool was beautiful with a perfect temperature. The breakfast was very tasty and plenty to eat. We had dinner one night in the restaurant, the food was okay.

The bar service or offer could be improved, particularly the wine. There was not sparkling water at the time available. Situated on the waterside in view of fishing boats I would have expected the seafood to be exceptional. The lobster certainly was but the seafood platter could have been a bit more inspiring.

Breakfast was excellent. Some changes day to day which made it more interesting. Foot massages by the pool was a highlight. Excellent proximity to diving sites.

One small point would be for a few more vegan and veggie options (with protien) on the menu.

Loved this place... chilled out pool area, free shuttle in to town (once a day), free 2 hrs bike hire and much more. Plus a beautiful garden and small but well equipped gym. Room was comfy, cozy and clean.

Extremely rude staff in the restaurant, not at all friendly or accommodating. The rest of the staff were amazing! The rooms are a little dark and outdated and need a little tlc but the stunning grounds and amazing pool more than made up for it.

The grounds were stunning. Absolutely beautiful. Breakfast was nice and the poolside menu lovely. Enjoyed our stay here.

The location far from any shops or restaurants, with a tricky walk along a busy street to access the main part of town. There is only one daily shuttle at a fixed time. The restaurant was OK, but more Asian choices would be better. It was expensive, but I suppose you expect that in a resort. I found the bed a bit uncomfortable. I have a bad back and the mattress was quite hard. There's no beach in front of the hotel, and our ocean view room was on a busy corner of the resort so we could not look at the ocean without feeling very exposed.

The staff were helpful, efficient and friendly. The resort is beautiful with a lovely pool.
