The room felt dirty with lots of dead insects. The aircon wasn't great either. A couple of hornet nests in the outside bathroom.

Location is nice if you prefer peace and quiet. There were some great little restaurants nearby. The pool was great too.

A/C was quite weak. You had to have it on full cold all day to get the room to a bearable temperature. A ceiling fan would have been a wonderful addition, and more eco-friendly. While the open bathroom is very stylish, there is no shade over the toilet which is a little uncomfortable in the full heat of the sun. Could do with a few more shelves or rails to hang clothes in the room. The bathroom has one towel rail, but it's not under cover so towels will be wet if it rains.

Really great beachfront location. No frills, no fuss beach bungalow. Staff were very helpful, breakfast was simple but nice. Comfortable bed, with a full wraparound mosquito net. Lovely shower. Pool was nicely set back from the beach and shady so it didn't get too hot. Close to everything on the nicest side of the island for sunset. Good value

AC barely worked. Too hot during the day to nap. Breakfast was kind of weak. Got no response from the hotel through booking.com messages.

The area around the hotel had some nice restaurants. Pool was nice.

Breakfast was good. Location was fabulous. My first room was pretty poor. But I asked to upgrade ho a bigger bungalow which was a lot nicer. There were lots of wild creatures entering from the jungle through open air bathroom which was a little bit alarming! And don't mention the mosquitoes ... bitten all over... but that all part of the Gili island experience right?

Bungalows have hardly any insulation under the roof, so it gets very hot in the room, even with aircon on max.

The rooms are clean and comfortable. Nice pool. Very friendly and helpful staff.

I had some minor issues with one room, where I got electrical shocks from the sink and water in bathroom. It was apparently connected to something which caused this. The staff fixed it immediately. No more problems. :)

The location was great - very close to the Turtle Spot. Also, if you are passionate about diving, this resort is two steps away from a great diving center (Blue Marlin Air).

Shower rose was all corroded and the water puddled out. Unit6- not a good shower. Staff- wasn’t sure who to deal with. It seemed a lot of boys / young men sitting around smoking. Kinder put a bad vibe to the place however the grounds were well maintained. The breakfast was extremely basic. Egg and toast but I must say- the kitchen was immaculate. Location made visiting the remainder of the island an effort as the pathways were very sandy and you have to travel everywhere.

The one issue we had was that the lock to our chalet didn’t work well but it felt v safe so didn’t feel like a huge issue.

A lovely cluster of chalets right by the beach, with lovely, helpful staff. We were sad to leave and would have loved to stay longer.
